A lady died in 1964, her cause of death on her death certificate was:
Carcinoma of breast with metastases Bilateral Adrenalectomy This is what I would like cleared up. This lady wrote her Will in early 1960, so presumably had been recently diagnosed and told to her her affairs in order. She lived for another 4 years. Is it more likely to be the case that she was orgianlly diagnosed with breast cancer in 59' & then it later spread between 60-64, or is it more likely that when she was diagnosed the cancer had already metastasised. The reason I ask is because breast cancer in the 50s was diagnosed via an X-ray, so how would they know, if it had spread to her pleura or lungs for example, that the breast was the primary location of her cancer?
Also, although I'm aware a Bilateral Adrenalectomy was a treatment for breast cancer back then, as it's mentioned on her death certificate, does this suggest that this lady passed soon after this operation?
She passed on a Saturday, so it's unlikely that she passed during surgery.
What other treatments were available for breast cancer mestastis back in the 50s? She lived for 4 more years after her diagnosis, so she must have been receiving some type of treatment?
A lot of questions to unpick, so any helps is appreciated.

So I was thinking about upgrading my 2070 super (don’t remember the specific one) to a 4070 super asus dual oc. And I was wondering if a 750w psu is enough when I have an I-7 10700KF @ 3.8GHz and 32 GB of ram. I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff so I just wanted to be sure before I buy it since it’s rather expensive where I live. Also, I don’t quite understand the 16 pin to x2 8 pin converter. Does it mean I need to buy more pci cables?

This is probably old news to some people. I have a friend from Indonesia who recently converted to Christianity from Islam. The usual repercussions you’d expect came with it:

  1. Growing distant from his family.
  2. Some friends struggling to accept his new faith.
What surprised me, however, were the following:
  1. How easy it was for him to convert to Christianity legally.
  2. The significant number of others like him, Muslims who have converted to Christianity.
  3. The fact that there are native Indonesians born Christian (imagine a Malay born Christian).
  4. In cities, people seem to assimilate well regardless of race or religion.
  5. In some areas, Christians even form the majority compared to Muslims.
This got me thinking, especially since he mentioned that Indonesians often look up to Malaysians. We’re seen as modern, fluent in English, and investment always come pouring in Peninsular Malaysia, unlike Indonesia. But when it comes to religious freedom, they seem to be ahead of us. Why is that the case?
It makes me wonder about Malaysia’s future. In the best-case scenario, we could evolve like Indonesia, where religious freedom exists, where our only struggle is just dealing with kampong people from time to time. And no longer a federal crime. What a dream. Alternatively, we might become like the UAE—modernized and less strict on religious practices but still unable to leave Islam legally. In the worst-case scenario, we could follow the path of Pakistan, Iran, or Afghanistan.
I don’t want to sound overly optimistic, but it feels like this change could happen with just a stroke of the pen under the right leader. Yes, there would be resistance, but imagine, after the dust settles, those who disagree would be left with little choice but to keep their dissent to themselves. Over time, acceptance and assimilation would naturally follow, as it should.
Imagine growing up without indoctrination but instead with tolerance.

I have a problem. I've been studying JavaScript for over a year, but I feel like I haven't learned anything. For example, if you asked me to build a calculator, I would need to use Google or ChatGPT just to get started. Once I have some code, I can modify it and make it work the way you want, but I can’t do it from scratch.

I know it's possible, I've quitted many times but then again and again reprising. I noticed that as soon as I decide to quit, more cravings are rising, or some other addiction like doom scrolling or flirting with married males. I'm f41 and super happily married and it just doesn't make sense. But there is like an impulse to transgression, whatever it is, like i'm too much good girl. I tried leaving things not done at home (I've got 2 wonderful kids F5 and M4) but at the end it's me who cleans the mess etc. I'm asking for help, I do a lot of work on me and maybe too much. I've got a huge judge inside and weed seems to be the less hurting balance stuff to get it. Does anyone had this sensation that addiction belongs to a sort of rebellion, still at forty? Thank you 🌟
