HW: 303, SW: 294, CW: 215, GW: 175 52F, 5’9” Started Tirz on 4/4/2024.
Was waiting to post til I was 100 lbs down, but figured what the heck… I don’t have to wait for “perfect” to celebrate how far I’ve come.
Thrilled to be here, comfortable in my own skin after a lifetime battling obesity. Love the medicine and love this community.
Still 30lbs from goal, but who knows how I’ll feel when I get there… maybe I will drop it further as others have done. Feeling grateful this Thanksgiving morning. 🦃🙏🏽

Hi! I have two dogs, I have long hair, hardwood floors and area rugs. I’ve been using a bagless vacuum for years and am tired of how often I empty it and how immediately heavily tangled the brush roll gets. I may be a bit late, being that it is thanksgiving, but do any of you have a suggestion that could solve my problems? Maybe I’ll be able to get a Black Friday deal. I’ve been doing a lot of research but the reviews are mixed on so many things and I just don’t know what to do anymore

Now, I'm not speaking on the actual trials but afterwards. Obviously, if you have Shadowheart in the party, she'll take over as she is Shar's chosen. But it was a missed opportunity to have your TAV/Durge be Shar's chosen instead if, in the case, you're playing solo or if she's dead, as that's what the Gauntlet is technically for. This would've been perfect to have her be your sole deity, if you're a cleric or a paladin, as there isn't a way to have Shar be your god without mods. And similar to Bhaal's ending, they could've done something similar where the world begins to shroud in darkness like the shadow fell.

Currently working on nanopore data, I realise running Fastqc is ideal for illumina and Pacbio reads. I’ve come across nanoplot, nanocomp and nanostat, are they a good alternative?
