Usually I'm not known to have this kind of issue, and drive many kilometers in my petrol car each day when working.

I have dairy allergies and not just lactose intolerance so when I go out I tell restaurants . However, I sometimes still have skin break outs. I realized people don’t realize butter is dairy and still use it to cook my food. Also, I realized people think egg is part of dairy group when the wait staff asks, it has eggs and I tell them I am not allergic to eggs lol.
