I am in a local buy nothing group where people post all kinds of stuff. For context, I most recently gave away a pair of lamps, one of them was broken. People give away half burnt candles and just random shit. You can also ask for items but no money can be exchanged.
A woman posted last night asking for a play station 5 and any games a 15 year old boy would enjoy. A guy commented that he had a PS1 but no controllers and no games and for some reason the games don’t always load properly. I commented under him and said, I didn’t realize the PS5s were $400ish and we got to chatting about different specs and models of PlayStations. Finally I commented and said well, I doubt anyone has a PS5 they’re just just gonna give away but good luck OP! Hope you find something.
A mod deleted my comment for bullying but left a comment where another commenter tagged me separately calling me ugly and if I have a problem with people asking for things they need I’m in the wrong group. People started liking her comment when though my comment had been deleted and no one even knew what I said.
This happened last night and I’m still struggling to make heads or tails of whether I was the asshole.

2024.11.28 15:36 davhoch Are the 998 and 1500 tighter than before?
I feel like the 998 and 1500 have gotten tighter around the toe box. In this type of shape I own pairs of 997, 998, 1500, and 1530, all purchased between 2015 and 2022, so I’m pretty familiar with the fit. I recently bought the two pairs in the photo (U1500PUL and U998TE), and I find the toe box tighter than usual. It’s not terrible and it doesn’t hurt or anything but I’m just surprised and was wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing.

I can't believe it's been almost a year of this unstable relationship with a Capricorn (male). He's always testing me, and I can't handle his mood swings anymore.
On Thursday, we were supposed to attend an event together. Once again, he tested me. There’s this guy who's clearly interested in me, and while Capricorn and I have kept our relationship very private (his choice, not mine), I’m an air sign, so I just go with the flow and match energies.
Surprisingly, Capricorn got jealous—he's usually not the jealous type. He did everything possible that night to push me toward this guy.
When I confronted him about it, he said, "I wouldn't do anything unless you wanted me to." I was done with his games and loyalty tests. I left the party on my own and texted him that I was ending things for good. I didn’t respond to any of his calls or messages. I was ready for no contact, but since we have a work project together, I had to meet him on Monday. He looked awful—he hadn’t slept, was coughing, and shaking. He wanted to talk about Thursday, but I refused and just focused on the project at hand. He was clearly devastated.
Why do Capricorns tend to self-sabotage like this? It is like he purposely wants to suffer.

Re ZERO The Prophecy of the Throne is an alternate continuity spinoff. Just like how the Rem IF is a story of what if Rem accepted Subaru's offer, Ayamatsu If is what would happen if Rienhard never saved Subaru in episode 2's events, and Tsugihagu IF is what would happen if Subaru went around killing people for his Book of the Dead plan to "fix" himself despite the fact that his savepoints are uncontrollable making the whole thing pointless, this game is an alternate continuity. In the events corresponding to episode 12 in the anime, in the game the Emilia camp finds out the royal selection is delayed.
It is delayed because of the appearance of a character that does not appear in the anime and appears on the cover art of the game. Subaru has to find out the impostor trying to get on the throne with Return by Death. The plot is a bit like episodes 4 to 10 in that he is playing detective and using Return by Death to solve a mystery. Most of the differences between the anime and The Prophecy of the Throne are due to the divergence point of this extra character. For example, Roswaal does not attend because instead of being the start of the selection, it is an announcement of a delay. In fact, almost everything different that episode 13 is explained by the different circumstances.
One thing that stood out to me was that in the second loop, Subaru is a bit annoyed at the councilman calling Emilia a half-devil, but he knows that his priority is finding the impostor so he keeps a cool head. This actually makes some sense. While this is before he finishes development in Season 1 and still has his idealized image of Emilia in his mind, he has an immediate concern and this is dominating his mind. Unless he is in immediate danger or he finds a danger to Emilia of any timescale, he is too busy trying to solve the mystery and avoid death, which really hurts, so he lets the insult pass. But when I think about it, he didn't lash out in the first loop of the game like he did in episode 13 of the anime. Part of the reason is an out-of-universe reason that the game's plot wouldn't work if he made an ass of himself, but is there any in-universe reason why he doesn't lash out The Prophecy of the Throne? In the second loop, a perfctly good in-unvierse reason is that he was concerned about finding out the truth before he died. It would make sense if maybe in the first loop he was too wierded out by the delay, so his thoughts were on that. The only thing is, he is complexly ignorant of Lagunican nobility and their customs, so I don't see how he could be wierded out enough that it dominates his thoughts enough to let the slight to Emilia go unanswered.

I went back to community college this year for another degree.
No job (although I've been applying)
And I still live with my dad.
My dad is happy that I'm going for another degree, but other than that.... I can't help but wonder if he's really proud of me like he says. He's never said it, but I can see in his face when a relative announces that they're getting married. I want to get married... But I'm very cautious about it. Due to personal experiences, I don't just want to marry anyone. I want to make sure he's the right one (and I'm the right one for him).
