Been running the test for some time, 125 mg every 3 days, but I'm only a couple shots into the NPP 150mg every 3 days, and Equipoise 100 mg every 3 days. Appetite has increased dramatically.

Running 1hour 5% Crenopolis Pots while farming detective raids this AM... noticed I am getting 5,078 exp per mob I kill, pot wore off - still getting 5,078 exp. Popped another 1hr pot, confirmed still getting 5,078 exp.
Farming the level 121 raids, i am CB level 124, so no exp penalty is occurring either. Curious if others are having similar issue?

2024.11.28 15:31 Training-Length-1860 So recently, I keep dreaming that everyone hates me for the last three nights.
I’ve had three different dreams about different people hating me. A little background I am a female college student who has a shitty dating life and no family to spend holidays with.
The first dream was of me and my friend who frequently talk on FaceTime. In the dream I asked her to hang out over the weekend but she said she couldn’t but then I see her with other friends out, so I FaceTime her and she tells me “well I guess this will be a good time to say I don’t really like you.” And proceeded to elaborate on why she doesn’t like me while laughing with the other girls. I could feel the anger in that dream.
The second dream was of my ex.. I don’t remember much of the plot in this dream. I know I am over my ex, it’s been over a year since the break up. But in the dream I remember her leaving with someone else who I believe was my friend. I also remember her using negative and derogatory words towards me in the dream. It ended with me getting my stuff and leaving. She basically played me and said she hates me.
The third dream I had was my cousin. I don’t remember much about the plot of this one either, but it seems that we were at a holiday dinner or Christmas and she was being rude and having a attitude specifically towards me throughout the dream. In the dream, I believe I was trying to figure out why she was mad but I couldn’t.
So after I had this third dream, I’m like I need to understand why I’m having these dreams. So if anyone can interpret these, that would be nice !

2024.11.28 15:31 Mekrot Alternate Bastion Defense rules and extra Facilities
Updated Bastions and facilities
Hello! Ever since the new bastion rules came out, I’ve been wanting to adjust them for an upcoming Tyranny of Dragons campaign that I’ll be starting soon. I felt that the defense systems in the DMG were undercooked for Bastions and I wanted to adjust some Special Facilities and include some new ones. I also wanted to make the bastions actually cost gold instead of give players free special facilities that could simply farm gold and defeat the purpose.
The main differences I included: 1. Defense Levels: players buy defenses for their Bastion to increase the overall Defense Level. During a Bastion Event, a Raid might happen with varying difficulties. You then roll a d20 + the Raid Difficulty, and compare it to the Defense Level. Different results happen based on that.
- Special facilities cost gold based on how big the facilities are (IE: roomy costs 1,000 gold to build).
- I added a bunch of new facilities and adjusted some of the existing ones. Some of the of the new ones included are a Caravansary to bring in traveling merchants, a Siege Workshop to create siege engines for defense, a Battle Ring for martial bonuses, a Poisoners Grotto for more poison harvesting, and many others.
- I also adjusted magic item crafting and mainly kept it so they could still make enspelled magic items and common magic items, but not any uncommon magic item. That’s too crazy for me. Some facilities seem like they overlap too, but the idea is to give different things to craft more specific to the facility while overlapping in some areas.
- Each Bastion starts with their basic facilities and a Barrack, Lodgings, and a Storehouse. It is assumed that the Bastion is combined for this campaign and outside of Waterdeep as well, but that’s for my personal campaign.
- I made a new Bastion Events chart and even if players give an order to the bastion, there’s a 50% chance they have to roll on the chart which might affect the next players choices on their bastion turn.
Bit of a disclaimer: I’m horrible at math, but I give a lot of gold to my players, so if this stuff sounds expensive, it isn’t really for my DM purposes.

I used to be 115-120 lbs and I was much much happiefelt healthier.. I'm now somewhere around 105 and want to be 120-125..
I need bulking foods, and maybe even a schedule, to help me put on and maintain this weight goal. I don't usually have issues gaining weight I just haven't had motivation for what to make.
