Had a problem with a purchase, because I got the same elite unit I already had. It took the support a 4 days to contact me ( Weekend excluded)+ one massage a day (overall 1 week and 3 days) and all they could do was refund. I needed the other things so I didn’t want to. I asked if the could give me another elite unit or give me gold in exchange, but all they could do was refund. After I spend the gold, they just cut of the chat. Is this even their game? Are they even admins?
Never had a more useless and slow support in my +10 years of gaming. Even EA or Ubisoft had better Support.
