Heart palpitations (pal-pih-TAY-shuns) are feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering or pounding heart. Stress, exercise, medication or, rarely, a medical condition can trigger t The target heart rate zone is a heart rate range that gives your heart and lungs a good workout. This zone ranges from 50% to 85% of the maximum heart rate (MHR) for your age. Aim for 50% to 70% of MHR when you do moderately intense activities and 70% to 85% of MHR when you do vigorous activities. A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats per minute. Include the symptoms, your heart rate and what you were doing at the time of the fast heartbeat. This information can help you learn the things that trigger the very fast heartbeat. Use medicines carefully. Some medicines, including those bought without a prescription, may contain stimulants that can trigger SVT. In general, heart arrhythmias are grouped by the speed of the heart rate. For example: Tachycardia (tak-ih-KAHR-dee-uh) is a fast heartbeat. The heart rate is greater than 100 beats a minute. Bradycardia (brad-e-KAHR-dee-uh) is a slow heartbeat. The heart rate is less than 60 beats a minute. Fast heartbeat, called tachycardia Medicines to control the heart rate and rhythm. Also called anti-arrhythmics, this type of medicine is used sparingly. They tend to have more side effects than other medicines to control the heart rate. Blood thinners. Also called anticoagulants, these medicines help prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of stroke. Tachycardia is an increased heart rate for any reason. If a fast heart rate is caused by exercise or stress, it's called sinus tachycardia. Sinus tachycardia is a symptom, not a condition. Most heart conditions can lead to different forms of tachycardia. Irregular heart rhythms, called arrhythmias, are one cause. Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate. The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland in males that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Bradycardia (brad-e-KAHR-dee-uh) is a slow heart rate. The hearts of adults at rest usually beat between 60 and 100 times a minute. If you have bradycardia, your heart beats fewer than 60 times a minute. Bradycardia can be a serious problem if the heart rate is very slow and the heart can't pump enough oxygen-rich blood to the body. Count aloud as you push in a fairly rapid rhythm. You should push at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions a minute, just as you would when giving an adult CPR. Airway: Open the airway. After 30 compressions, gently tip the head back by lifting the chin with one hand and pushing down on the forehead with the other hand. Breathing: Breathe for the baby

Hey Guys, I[25M] made one post a while back where I was seeking advice regarding my situation back then.
[For context, I was ditched by my gf[24F] 1.5 years back and it was a ~3years long relationship. I loved her unconditionally because of which I am still not over her. We're no longer in contact but I would say that I still love her the way I used to do back then. I don't have any female interaction as such and hence I couldn't find anyone to replace her. I do feel like I should find someone to take her place completely]
Now the thing is, I have got an offer from a Bangalore based startup which is a very good offer but they are asking me to relocate to Bangalore plus the work load will be too heavy. My ex is in Bangalore as well and as I mentioned I'm still not over her, I think it won't be easy for me to settle in Bangalore. There’s literally no one I know there and I'll be all alone. I think the loneliness will start frustrating me and I won't be able to concentrate on work.
I know you all will say focus on career and job is important etc. I know all this but still I feel my mental state would not be that good to give my best at work. Plus I'm already in a great company with a good enough package. It's just I want to switch to that startup for more learnings and personal growth.
Should I accept it and ignore whatever will happen or prioritise my mental state and look for other opportunities outside Bangalore? I feel one day I'll have to move to Bangalore as after sometime the opportunities and package I aim at will be mostly available there only.

Hallo liebes Kollektiv,
ich habe da ein Problem und hoffe das mir hier Experten weiterhelfen können. Es geht darum das ich seit kurzem in so einem Systembau für Kleingewerbetreibende arbeite, das sind quasi mehrere Einheiten nebeneinander, diese bestehen aus einem Erdgeschoss mit Rolltor und glattem Boden sowie einer Zwischenebene mit Toilette und einem oberen Stockwerk mit Büro. Es ist nun so das ich hier (und nur hier) immer wenn ich was metallenes anfasse (Regal oder das Treppengeländer) einen Schlag bekomme, danach kann ich das metallene ganz normal anfassen erst nach ein paar Minuten wenn ich es wieder anfasse bekomme ich erneut eine gewischt. Es liegt kein Teppich und ich trage auch kein synthetischen Stoff und wie gesagt passiert es nur hier. Kann das am bau liegen? Was kann ich tun oder was sollte ich probieren um dem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen? Für eure Tipps wäre ich sehr dankbar.

I really thought it was Miracle Mile with Anthony Edwards, and even though I know that movie was set at Johnnie’s on Fairfax/Wilishire, I picture this line being spoken at a pay phone outside Norm’s a little bit away.
Perhaps it was a different film. But, the thing that really stuck out to me was 3rd and Beverly run parallel - so this has bugged me ever since.
Now, I want to remember which film this line was in, if not Miracle Mile (unless it WAS Miracle Mile, but just also at the Johnnie’s location, not Norms)

Were playing 1/2 I’m about 500 effective and the utg +1 is 700 effective. Folds to villain who raises to 15. Folds around to CO who calls. I look at 9❤️10❤️. I 3 bet to 45, utg calls and co folds.
Flop comes J♠️Q♣️K❤️
Villain checks and i bet 30, villain calls.
Turn 6 ♠️
Villain now LEADS for 100 and I call.
River 4❤️
Villain checks. I decide to bet 80. Villain tanks for about 20 seconds then jams. This one put me in the blender but I put in my remaining stack and villain shows A♦️10♦️. Was my mistake here the block bet or the 3 bet vs UTG +1?
