2024.11.28 15:51 Lordtremel What's up with the Death Stars surface?
I have been looking for as much information as I can find about the Death Star, and I realized I have misunderstood the location of the trench run from ANH. I thought that it was on one of the darker squares, but if I am understanding the location correctly, it is actually on the lighter grey. This means that the appearance of the surface we see is how it looks on the lighter grey up close. If this is the case, then I have no idea what the darker parts look like, and as far as I can tell, neither does anyone else. I cannot find any images up close of those areas, and I can find no direct answers about the up-close appearance of the Death Star. Any ideas?

Iām a receptionist that works at an apartment building during the night shift 3pm to 11pm. Towards the end of the night not a lot of people come down. Abraham was probably walking the earth 1,500-2,000 B.C.
So for the VAST majority of human history we have no record of God interacting with or instructing with humanity.
Anyone else find this a bit unsettling? Thereās a massive gap in time where people had no prophets, no Torah, no Bible.
How did they know what was the righteous way to live? Were there other āBiblesā lost in time? Why did it take that long for a messiah to come? Did Jesus come before? Why didnāt he come post internet when it would have been so much easier for the message to be spread?
It raises a lot of questions for me.
