He is a 14 year old named Damien who at first was brought to camp half blood by a satyr. The satyr (named Finch) found him bloodied and bruised in the woods, Damien had just fought off harpies and was badly injured. He was brought to camp half blood where he immediately challenged Percy cause everyone said he was the strongest. Ofc Damien had his a** handed to him and later he was claimed by Ares during capture the flag. Ares had impregnated Damien’s mom and left instantly, Damien’s mom was a bad parent too, always getting high or drunk with her 50 boyfriends. Damien never went to school so later Annabeth showed him how to read and write. He would soon become friends/rivals with Nico and that’s how Damien eventually met Reyna. (I take this next part from a Fanfic by Hunter of Artemis. She’s a cool YouTuber check her out.) Reyna had adopted Nico and Hazel and soon Damien became part of the family. Now Damien deals with the fact that he hates showing emotion and weakness. He hates talking about feelings because he grew up in toxic masculinity.

so I spent a while building up my profile, following my friends, following some of her friends, and then eventually started following her.
She hasn't accepted the request and it's been 3 days. She follows the school instagram account and even likes every post. I know for a fact she saw my follow request if she just liked 3+ posts in the last hour. Also she is such a nice person, but I honestly just want to be friends with her at the most so maybe irl I'll ask her to follow me back. I also messaged her second account and not a response back (she didn't read it yet). I unfollowed that second account (can't look like a fan)
Now I don't really know my crush that well but my biggest fear is her thinking im a creep or smth and telling all her friends that im a weirdo (that would literally destroy me 😭😭) I see the way she acts around her friends and she can be a bit wild and curse and do things I wouldn't expect her to do at all.

Installed by an electrician.
200 amp service. 70 amp breaker over 6/3 MC to a ChargePoint Home Flex, hardwired. Neutral capped off inside the ChargePoint with a wire nut. I specifically asked the electrician if he used a torque screwdriver, he said he did not, he has been doing this a long time and has never felt the need for one.
Working fine for 11 months at 48 amps. Car reports 11.3kw during charging.
Over the last two or three days, the breaker has tripped two or three times. I took the cover off the panel this morning and see this slightly melted red wire. Turned off the 200 amp main breaker (taking care that the main lugs are still energized), the terminals felt a little loose with my non-torque screwdriver. I loosened both the red and black, made sure the copper was positioned appropriately, tightened it essentially as much as I physically could since I do not have a torque screwdriver.
Last picture includes the metal straps that I know I need to install to clean up where that metal clad is routed. Cuz I know someone will mention that.
Questions- 1. I’m assuming best practice would be to cut those wires and re-strip them to fresh copper? 2. Communicated with the electrician about this, he has offered to come out and take a look. What else should I be asking him?

Recently bought a lunar lake xps 13 for $999 and based my purchase decision on the countless "claims" of improved efficiency of the new lunar lake which seemed to be comparable to that of macbooks.
The thing is, it's not even close to my macbook air, I'm only getting 6 hours of screen on time watching videos and 3-4 hours compiling and other bunch of apps running.
Compare this to my macbook, I can easily get 8 hours of on screen time with heavy workload, and probably days watching only videos.
While I understand the claims that intel made are just marketing tactics, the claims are still bold. Did I just get a bad unit or is lunar lake not as efficient as m series or even snapdragon chips?
I really like the design and form factor and it's perfect for my case, do you guys think switching to the snapdragon chip would make battery life comparable to the macbook? Or am I just being unrealistic?

A lot of people have been struggling financially for some time, with it getting worse for a lot of families and individuals. Prices keep going up - understandabley this is why the union is striking.
But, being refused rotating strike shifts and strike pay being abysmal (something like $52 a day?) The reality is a lot of people in the union won't be able to afford to strike for a significant time.
Are the high ups giving less than in negotiations as a tactic to back workers into a corner where they no longer can afford to refuse a deal?

Only modification I've done so far is paint the chrome accents on the grill black and Im currently in the process of painting the rims for my summer tires black as well

Hi everyone, hope you’re dealing well with the closure of Pocket Camp! I’m very appreciative of this game as I’ve played this since it came out in 2017 (it def helped me chill during my first year of university haha). I did take a five-ish year break then started playing again last yeaearly this year and wouldn’t have thought to make it back in time to do last things before closure if I hadn’t seen a random tumblr post about it haha. I also have never paid for anything (been grinding for whatever leaf tickets/bells/items I could get) but I decided to preorder the complete version bc I would like to get stuff I missed in the 5 year gap/stuff I couldn’t afford before (and it’s cheaper to do it now rather than later).
With that context: I just wanted to double check that the pre-order payment ($12 for me bc I’m Canadian lol) is the flat payment/the only payment we have to do for the new app. I saw a review on the original Pocket Camp about the transfer that implied that the $12 is actually a monthly payment and I am hoping that is not the case, so I wanted to double check with you guys. Is the new fee one-time only (which I’m pretty sure it is) or monthly? Thank you!
