I am actively interviewing right now. Have completed most of the resources for HLD and LLD. I am would rate myself as good in both of them. Still I am not able to crack the round and tanking these. I need help with mock interviews. Can someone share any resources for it? I am a backend dev with 5 years of experience.

2024.11.28 16:40 flightmode88 Should I scrap a benefits of lease extension (Section 42) with 82 years left to complete sooner?
My wife & I are in the process of buying our first flat and we've just hit a major speedbump with the lease extension.
The leasehold currently expires Nov-2106 (82 years), and the seller has been organising the lease extension. As this has taken longer than expected, we have agreed to complete a Benefit of Lease from them to us, with the agreement that they will pay for all associated fees, however this will add a lot more time to to getting into the flat, and we are currently living in temporary accommodation costing us thousands (flat, storage & cattery fees).
As our mortgage agreement is on a leasehold of (only) 70+ years, I'm considering asking the seller to drop the lease extension so that we can move in quicker, and once settled begin the lease extension ourselves as "current" owners, giving us just under 2 years to achieve an extension before we become liable to marriage fees at the 80-year point).
I'm thinking as well that The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act should also work in our favour once Labour has re-written it, making the process cheaper & easier from [hopefully] summer 2025 onwards.
Thoughts?

I lose about 50% of my found emails to “risky.” It’s a lot of “catch alls” etc emails. A lot of them are probably deliverable, I just don’t know which ones and can’t risk it. BounceBan.com says it can identify which ones can be delivered. This would be huge for me. Has anyone used it or heard anything about the company? I would really appreciate feedback. Thanks

 | Hello, I’ve got a giant monstera deliciosa and may be picking up another soon- but in my entire history of owning these guys they’ve yellowed for me! I have had no other trouble with any plants other than Aglonema 😭 so I’m really not sure what’s wrong! I wait for the top 2-3” of susbtrate (seemingly mostly peat?) to be dry then I water the plant thoroughly. This is usually every week or two. It’s infront of an east facing window that gets bright, indirect sun all day with a bit of direct in the morning, across from a south window that gives it a bit more indirect exposure, and the lamp on the right has a grow bulb. I belive it’s in a 14” pot too if that helps at all. I’ve had to cut some yellowed leaves and it’s made me really sad 😞 so that’s why I was thinking of getting another but I don’t want to cash out then loose that one too! My theory is that the substrate is mostly peat and is therefore holding onto a lot of water througout the pot, so I’m going to start waiting for ALL of the soil to completely dry. Some of my smaller trialing monsteras are also in peat and I do this with them.
