Clearly I have to use a separate power source (I already have one). Is a cheap solid state relay like this good enough to act as the dimmer? Or do I need something else? I want to make a very simple daylight alarm. Thanks in advance.

2024.11.28 16:30 Single-Actuary3510 Started using again and feel like I’m getting nowhere
I went through a really bad 2 year binge doing around 7gs a day got to the point where I was pissing chunky bits of blood and what I have described as the worst pain I’ve ever been through which are the daunting K-cramps.
Anyway I manage to eventually kick the habit for a while and actually reaching 2 months sober!
Recently I have slipped and got a bag with a few of my friends, now I just can’t seem to fucking get it out my head. The past month I have bought 4gs every day. I will buy it before work then do a line the second I finish and continue to get fucked throughout the night then rinse and repeat.
I have ruined my life through the use of ketamine become a pathogical liar doing anything I can to get high, I used to be so fucking different. I’m not blaming the drug but am blaming myself for being so naive to ignore everything and everyone trying to help me.
The cravings are so hard to deal with and I crumble at the first thought of it.
My girlfriend bless her has tried to understand and tried to help me yet I lie to her everyday and she knows I lie yet we fall back into the same pattern.
I am destroying myself and every part of what I was to get high.
I have set up meetings with drug councillors, therapist and doctors yet I still don’t take the advice.
I have ADHD so I have an addictive personality anyway I just don’t know how to approach any help whatsoever.
I’m so lost yet I refuse everything that is right in front of my face.
Sorry for the long post I just needed to get it off my chest and what better place to post it than this.
There is a lot more than I’ve said but this is essentially everything that has been weighing on me.
TLDR: I have destroyed my life through the use of ketamine and am aware of it yet refuse to do anything about it

I have a green wool sweater I bought 1 year ago. I love it but a month after I bought it I washed it with my washing machine, wool program, 30°C... and it shrank. I bought the exact same one and I haven't washed it since then. There is no smell or anything but I feel like I should still wash it. What would you recommend? Fortunately it's still on the website and it says 'hand wash only'. But honestly the sweater is so big that it would take days and days for it to dry. I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice?
