ok, i was thinking about something and google sometimes doesnt understand what i ask and it just sends me like.. law firm info around me. the specifics are like: lets say i went to jail for something.. 10,20 years later or something because it was like a life sentence or something.. info or something comes up that i was innocent. maybe the person that blamed me lied, or the crime that was said i did was proven i didnt do it but someone else... etc. what happens? 1) do i get to go free? 2) does the person who purposely lied or blamed me without actually knowing if it were me or even as far as KNEW it wasnt me but blamed me get some sort of legal action on them? 3) do they just pat me in the head and say leave now, or legally would i get help? 4) what about the person who actually do the crime? would they state "its been 10-20 years its too late for yall to do anything to me" or something?

Hi Guys,
Was replaying the game on my PS5, unfortunately did not have my PSPlus active at the time and ended up removing my account for a bit. when I logged in again, my saves were gone and the game was starting from scratch.
Any way I can get saved game files and use those? I know we could do this in PC where we would share our saved file data with friends and they could play the saved games, but is it possible anymore? I wonder if the saved data is linked to the account instead.

My parents met at 11/12. They were friends for years and were actually dating other people for a moment. They had their first child early…then another and another and another…only we never knew. We never expected years of cheating and my baby sister to be my half sibling. We all know, but she does not. She has for a few years said she wants to do an ancestry test. Also says if we do one she will not have to as it will just be the same…so me and my other 2 sister refuse to do one. We don’t want her to just assume nor do we want to tell her. I found out when I was 16 and she was 8…so am I the A-hole for not telling her? Truly I hope one day she will just buy the test and learn… 😔 should I send her one anonymously???

I’m 26F, 5’4”, currently 67kg (148 lbs). I started my weight loss journey at 79kg (174 lbs) six months ago and have lost 12kg (26 lbs) so far.
My routine includes eating 1400–1500 calories/day, getting around 60g protein, and weight training 4–5 days a week since September. I sometimes add 15 minutes of incline cardio at the end of my workouts but haven’t been consistent.
I’m currently losing about 0.3kg (0.7 lbs) per week, but it feels slow. My goal is to lose weight a bit faster while keeping it sustainable and retaining muscle.
Any tips to improve my routine? Should I increase cardio or protein, or eat less calories?

I’ve posted before as an egg freezer..it blows my mind how complicated and unpredictable the ivf process is.
So I’m 36, when I was 35 I froze my eggs in 3 rounds. I did what I could afford and I’m not in a position to use the eggs right now so I’m a bit worried about my potential egg quality. To be honest I would like to freeze my eggs again but I just don’t think I can afford it.
I’m wondering if low maturity rates = poor egg quality or if it’s not really correlated and my eggs just grew at different rates and it was a protocol issue…(I had follicular asynchrony)
Background: never been pregnant , never tried to get pregnant (never have had unprotected sex) no known fertility issues
Lab values at the time of pursuing freezing: AMH: 1.31 (on birth control) 1.96 (off birth control) FSH: 7.7 AFC: 12
Cycle 1:
Birth control priming 300 of follistim 150 menopur Ganirelix 11 days of stims Dual trigger 11 eggs retrieved: 8 m2, 2 m1, 1 GV
Cycle 2:
No birth control priming 375 follistim 150 menopur Ganirelix 10 days of stims Dual trigger 13 eggs retrieved: 9 m2, 1 M1, 1 empty zona, 1 giant egg, 1 GV
Cycle 3:

So 73%, 69%, then 40% maturity.

At the last follow up my doctor said she wouldn’t change anything if I did another cycle. She said she wouldn’t want to stim me for longer or harder and risk quality to get more mature eggs. I asked her why I only got 40% maturity and she said it could be an egg quality issue. But my ovaries also responded faster each time with the dominant follicles outpacing others so I’m wondering if it’s a protocol issue. Then again, I’d rather have a few high quality eggs than 20 lower quality eggs.
My doctor is highly regarded and she was thrilled with my first two cycles and seemed to think we were doing the right thing. She agreed the last cycle was disappointing but overall my frozen egg count was very optimistic.
Also of note: I took all the CCRM recommended supplements
I asked an embryologist who said that the giant eggs and empty zonas aren’t too uncommon and don’t necessarily indicate anything about the quality of my other eggs.
Just wondering if anyone has any input based on personal experience?
