I'm getting used to my new machine (arrived two days ago) and I can't seem to get hot milk. It is lukewarm at best. Using cold 2% in the canister straight from the fridge. I believe the first milk drink I made was hot but there was just the smallest of milk in it (cappuccino to factory settings). I have since tried the flat white and latte at factory setting and with increased slightly or larger amounts of milk and no matter the amount of milk it's just warm. Also not foamy really, just sort of warmed milk... I'm using espresso at hottest setting but I don't see anything to increase milk temp.... Also I'm heating the cut with hot water or nuking it first. Feeling very bummed as I did so much research and this was a big investment. Any thoughts? Am I doomed to this barely warm coffee?

Hi guys. Newbie here. Started at 88.9kgs on Nov 5. Currently at 85.9kgs. not feeling tired, not very sore too. There might be muscle loss, but I'm not sure
My goal is to reduce belly fat and love handles, I have a decent mobile lifestyle (I work as a dentist)
I joined mixed martial arts classes which alternates strength training one day with some cardio and martial arts the next day which I think will come under aerobics?
Currently using Healthify app w/o sub to track calories. I came to a conclusion that I'll take 1300-1400 per day since I chose my lifestyle to be sedentary and several calculators based between 1800-2000
My question is, I CANT HIT MY PROTEIN! I can max reach up to 65-70g per day, some days 80-85g. I'm using Amway all plant protein as a supplement (not vegan, got it because of my mom, might change to a good whey source sooner). Suggest me where all the places I'm going wrong and what I should do.

(attention; memory; visual, auditory, and other forms of information processing; decision making; and thinking). I took psych 101 at a community college senior year of high school, and it has been a while. Also I did not take the class very seriously at all, as it was exceptionally easy. I can't say I remember anything. I do not want to retake at my current institution because it is hard (as it is a gateway course), so I was wondering if you thought it would be more beneficial to take a class on bio psych or cognitive psych, given the topics listed above. I have room in my schedules and genuinely want to take another psychology. And just for reference I am taking a psychopathology course which will cover diagnostic criteria according to the DSM.
