As title says. I’ve had this bump on the right side of my head a few inches above my right eye, just inside my hairline for as long as I remember. I’ve always thought it was just bone but I’ve noticed that my headaches concentrate around the right side of my head when I have them. I weight lift a lot and the right side of my head just feels intense afterwards.
I’ve just booked a doc appointment after gf making me realise it’s not normal, legitimately thought it was just bone or my head shape. Reason to be concerned?
I’m thinking I hold my breath a lot and it’s something blood pressure related when I lift heavy.

Hola buenas, intentaré resumir mis dudas lo mas que pueda xd Soy hombre, tengo 29, mido 171 y en enero me pesé y estaba en 100kg (claramente a la fecha debo estar sobre esto). Toda la vida he sido infinitamente sedentario y bueno pa comer, regalón de la olla claramente y súper cómodo en todo aspecto. Llevo 3 años trabajando en el rubro de los eventos como visualista, cosa que igual es bastante "cómodo" ya que principalmente la pega es estar frente a un computador, pero como cualquier pega en eventos en mas de algún momento hay que hacer fuerza (y no poca), a principio de año en un evento importante y grande me esforcé mas de la cuenta y jodí con la espalda. Fui al Traumatólogo y con resonancia+rx me salieron a la vista 2 hernias con 2 discopatias en zona lumbar y una espondilolistesis entre la L5 y el Sacro, todo esto me genera un dolor insoportable a ratos que me deja tomando tramadol y aún así me duele. A pesar de todo esto, me veo actualmente y me desmotivo caleta, así que me compré creatina, un press de banca multifuncional con barra, mancuernas y pesas. Habrá alguien por ahí con algo relativamente similar a mi estilo de vida y problemas lumbares que haya podido bajar de peso efectivamente y hacer un real cambio de estilo de vida, que pueda contar su experiencia y ayudar a motivarme que a pesar de que tengo todas las ganas, lo veo tremendamente difícil, pero no quiero morir con estas tremendas tetas y guata que tengo 🥲
