2024.11.28 18:40 Choice-Lettuce-6695 Struggling and need encouragement
I broke up with my non-believing ex boyfriend almost two months ago after feeling convicted about unequal yoking after becoming born again over the summer. I miss him so much, I still love him so much but I am waiting on the Lord for whatever He has planned for me. It's just very hard because we were together almost 2 years, he was the first person I ever dated that I truly felt loved by, and we were sexually involved (i was not saved when I met him so waiting for marriage was not something I even considered). I miss him, I miss his family, I miss his friendship, I miss his love. I didnt just give up on him and truly tried to explain the gospel to him and provided him resources, I pray for him constantly, but I just think the Lord is working on us in two different ways. We were on two different paths in life, our timelines did not match at all, and then I found Jesus, it's just still really painful because I still love him.
Any words of encouragement or verses to meditate on would be appreciated as I am still very new in my walk with Christ. Thank you all

Estoy proyectando invertir unos ahorros en un vehículo productivo pero igual necesito financiación. El banco en el que tengo productos solo hace esa financiación si uno es empresa. El asesor me dice que haga un crédito de libre inversión para ese proyecto pero ya hice unos medio cálculos y el tema de los intereses es descomunal: interés de 1.85% por ser libre inversión. Pero sobre el monto que es el préstamo para la cuota a capital y los interés sale incluso por encima de lo que en promedio el vehículo produce al mes. No es autosostenible.
Que me sugieren? o alguna entidad financiera que me de mejores opciones

Would it be possible to get my own land and build a shore power and septic hookup and live there half of the year, and move when the weather gets untenable?
Basically, my own RV park on my own land. Maybe I'm not searching for the right thing, but I can't find examples of anyone else trying this.
