DPRK-RedStar-OS-3.0-Modded-ISO This repository contain the modified RedStar OS 3.0 Installation image made by myself. Providing a better experience for foreigners.
What has been tweaked?
- The installer is now in English.
- Added an auto run script in the iso that changes the system display language and removes spyware.
Installation guide:
- Choose windows xp as the guest operating system.
- Mount the installation image in the virtual machine.
- Proceed installation just like what you do with Mac OS.
- After rebooting, mount the installation image into the VM and execute my auto run script.
- The language should be channged to English when finished.
- If you are installing the regular edition, you can now install vmware tools to make your experience better. Warning: Do not install vmware tools in the normal way, that will install the wrong version which is too new for red star. There's a perfect version of vmware tools that I've been looking for a long time on the desktop, please use that one instead.

So I am planning to sign up for a 3-month contract with Student Ports (a UK based agency to help International Students with their needs) to have a personal case worker and apply for jobs on behalf of me. The case worker would also be working hand in hand with me. Their goal for me as their client is to help me secure a visa sponsorship from an employer based in the UK, Ireland, or Gibraltar (as those are my country choices). Of course, I am still the one who will attend and ace my job interviews, their job is to just apply as much as they can, use their skills and connections with employers etc., and get me to job interviews. The service also comes with AI-ready, CV enhancement (to UK standards), cover letter, LinkedIn "re-branding".
I am eager to get a job in either of those 3 country options. I am a temporary resident (student) here in Spain and I don't see myself working here in the next coming years of my life. I could apply jobs for myself but, I am just thinking that I am still no-expert and there are stuff that I don't know especially that I am applying from overseas. I am also a full-time student + remote job worker, living alone plus the everything in between happening with my life as an expat in a countryside here in Spain (struggling and surviving, I need to study Spanish as long as I'm living here of course, I know that). So I'm thinking it might be a good idea to bank on a personalised case worker to help me secure a job in my desired countries.

The Tomahawk would be my number one Tool and Weapon. You can use it to open vehicles. Break windows, pry open doors. Also, the smaller edge is better for penetrating clothing in a fight. And because of the size it is also perfect for using it in small spaces.
It also requires less maintenance than, for example, a machete or a larger blade.
It's just perfect for the end of days. What are your thoughts?

I naively advised a relative to use Monzo to send money to Kraken for some crypto purchases as I’ve never had an issue and Monzo are apparently crypto friendly- I was wrong and feel semi responsible for this mess!
They transferred funds from Natwest > Monzo > Kraken
For safety they didn’t want to transfer a lump sum in one go for their 1st transaction so split the payment in two
1st transaction arrived to kraken with no issues, they then tried to repeat the transaction again but Kraken blocked the 2nd payment to Kraken.
The next day Monzo fraud dept rang to question the transaction and requested screenshots of their Kraken account and proof of funds arriving for the 1st transaction. They submitted all of the info and 24 hours later their Monzo account was froze due to them believing the payment to Kraken was a scam - even though the 1st payment arrived to Kraken with confirmation screenshots sent to Monzo
2 weeks later and their account is still frozen and their funds held. Monzo confirmed on the security call that their NatWest account was verified as theirs so funds source is confirmed so can’t be flagged for laundering issues
They have tried to raise an official complaint, Monzo chat messaged last week to say they have passed it onto their complaints team, advising they would respond with 3 business days but have failed to do so which I believe is in breach of FCA guidelines
I want to help but unsure what to advise, I feel the next step would be for them to raise a complaint with the FCA + financial ombudsman and send a letter before action to start legal proceedings to sue Monzo for holding their funds with additional costs/compensation but I’m sure all of this is going to be stressful for them so just want them to get their money back to their NatWest account.
At the end of the day the funds source is their own account which Monzo confirmed, so if Monzo believe Kraken is a scam the worst they should do is block the payment rather than hold onto the funds for an inevitable amount of time that suits them
