I’ve seen different answers on this and the Medicare site has ambiguous information.
It matters because my plan is $89 a month but with no deductible. If the premium does not count towards the MOOP, and I hit the deductible in January, which I do, that effectively cuts my premium significantly.

I don't understand
My IBS flares up. I empty my bowel. I stay in the bathroom just to wait, no more urge to go
I stand up and as soon as I get to my bedroom I have the urge to go again
Both times in the bathroom will be 30 mins+
It's like I have an opposite anxiety trigger. I'll have no urge to go, but as soon as I open my book I need to go
I won't need to go, but I open a video game and need to go
There's even times I try to go to the bathroom before I leave the house, no issues! As soon as I get down the road I am bursting
It's starting to get really annoying because I can't go to the bathroom when I try to go, but as soon as I have the thought "I don't need to go" then my IBS will trigger
Making me angry all the time too because my diet can't get any better tbh. I'm basically on a hunter gatherer diet because I have run out of options
I'm beginning to just not want to eat anymore

My uncle is moving in with my mom and myself in a couple weeks. My mom and I rescued a couple of sick kittens on the side of the road recently, and they’ve been rehabilitated. My mom and I now have a total of 4 cats and my uncle has 1. He called today and said he fell in love with a German Shepard mutt and wants to bring the dog here when he moves in. My mom didn’t protest. When she told me, I was totally freaked out. He wants to bring an enormous, untrained dog into this house without having any idea if it will get along with cats. I told my mom this was a bad idea, because the dog has the potential to hurt or even kill our kittens due to its enormous size. I mean, they’re police dogs for a reason. She says we didn’t ask permission from my uncle to get the kittens, so he doesn’t need permission to get a dog. I understand, but it’s about to be a very snowy winter, so the dog will be trapped inside a 3 bedroom house with the cats for the most part.
We had previously discussed getting a puppy all together so that we could acclimate the cats to its presence and vice versa, but it appears my uncle has made a unilateral decision to get this full grown dog instead and my mom has no intention of questioning that.
I’m really worried about how this could turn out, and I’m upset that no one asked how I felt about it and that my mom didn’t raise any concerns.

Hi everyone, I'm a 21-year-old woman and over the past couple of months, I've noticed a significant change in my lips. I used to have fuller lips, but now they feel like they've "deflated" or shrunk in size. It's not just a slight change; it's been noticeable, and it's really been concerning me.
I went to a doctor and was tested for systemic scleroderma, as I know this condition can cause skin tightening and changes in appearance. Fortunately, my results came back negative for scleroderma, but I’m still left wondering what could be going on.
I’m feeling really confused because I’m too young, in my opinion, for this to be due to aging. Plus, even my family members are baffled by the changes and can’t figure out why this is happening. Has anyone experienced something similar or know of any conditions that could cause sudden and abnormal lip shrinkage at a young age? I'm just trying to get some insight, especially since no one seems to have an answer.
Any advice, personal experiences, or suggestions for next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
