Grading comic inconsistency, shocked at how bizarre this is So I purchased the 3.0 on the right a few years ago. The CGC notes on mine said: “multiple stain cover, subscription crease back cover breaks color.” It also seems like there is some humidity or water damage but it’s not in notes. The book is super clean a bit more off white. But then it had me thinking if this is a 3.0 then how is it equal to someone coloring the hulk logo that I found on eBay? Is it really at the same level? And then I see the one at the left which is in similar shape as mine going for way above both of these. I’m curious if this has been harshly graded and if so is it worth breaking it open as there’s more value in a non graded version.

2024.11.28 20:00 valeriyacool does anyone else get the 'post break up feeling' after watching the show for the first time?

Ive always wanted to watch this show and i finally did and it was amazing and now im sad. I know theres like manga and other materials, which i might look into later, but for now im just feel like i need a break before i try something new. Its almost like i dont want to be reminded of anything fruits basket because i just enjoyed it so much and i miss the 'first first watch experience' terribly.. kind of like your first break up. my post really has no point i just wanted to share. this anime is just amazing and dare i say life changing

People offer water to somebody. Give it to somebody before they kill them, and in the most awkward situations. Keep that in mind when you rewatch. Once you notice it you can’t unsee that. I wonder what is the deeper meaning.

  • Talismans: The writers said the talismans are important. So while some think they are useless I think we just don’t understand them. What if they put all the talismans into the lake, would the surface tension work like the walls of a house?
  • Origins: What is from an origin? The sacrifice? The longer I hear about the story about the ankhooey kids the more I start to belief it’s all a big lie told by the BIW and/or TMIY. The structures and some things in from seem much older than the 50ies. But the monster seem stuck there as most buildings? I don’t understand that. Maybe something has happened before, before the sacrifice. Something to do with the native Americans and the Vikings under Leif Ericsson who arrived around 1000 near Maine.

Monsters: Tabitha says in s1e1 to Ethan that it is good that the monsters killed Norman (finger puppet) cause monsters do not exist and that means that Norman is not dead. I wonder if that will be the end of the show too, that everybody is back and alive. No clue how they will pull it off but it is just a thought.
  • Alliances: The alliances are not clear. And most of the times things are not as they seem. I cannot imagine the monsters enjoy being like that. Jasmin even tells the audience (or rather her lover). So what if they do not aid the man in yellow but operate to aid the humans in fromville in their own way. Maybe getting killed is good and freeing the children bad? Idk …

Why couldn’t the monsters kill him and instead risk involving a human? Can’t they kill a “choosen” and mistake him for Jade ? Or … are the voices not the monsters or not aligned with them. Could it be it’s Julie who found a way to mess with the past?

I struggle with Depression, OCD, And Depersonalization.
Over the years I have had several random thoughts that don’t make any sense to me. I’m not trolling this is my reality. I have been most recently struggling with Zoophilia OCD. I can’t ever tell If I’m hearing voices or If it’s just mind chatter and inner dialogue. The most random thought or voice popped into my head recently. “Marry your cat” I have not been able to stop thinking about it. I can’t even look at my cat the same. It’s making me feel like I’m losing my mind. A thought like that is far from reality and way out of left field. I’m not seeking reassurance I’m just trying to see If anyone has had anything similar and how did you overcome it ??

I was doing karaoke at a usual spot of mine, after singing radiohead creep, one of the girls at the bar asks me if i do theatre or perform and she was surprised when i said no. She asked if i eve heard of the long beach playhouse, i had not, so she recommended i go pay them a visit, as they have open auditions all the time. This is going to be the first time i try anything beside karaoke with my voice, what all should i know before auditioning?

Decided to get myself a ultra wide 49” on BF.
Advice on models to get.
Budget: 1000usd 90% work monitor, 10%gaming. A lot of static.
High brightness, as there can be a lot of sunlight in my office.
Best bang for my buck. Been looking at Samsung odyssey, Philips Envia
Overall I just don’t know enough about this to make a proper decision.
