I'm certainly not complaining, but this is weird.
I was one of the people who was having a great run with Crowdtap until the surveys suddenly dried up, literally overnight. (For me it was Memorial weekend - I thought there was a holiday lull but they just never came back.) I've managed to earn a few dollars over the months since but nothing like it used to be, despite being assured my account was still in good standing.
Then Tuesday night I suddenly had a full panel. Followed by another one, and another one, until I lost count and eventually I had to go to bed. I *still* haven't found the end of it.
It's like someone flipped a switch and all of the surveys I missed over the last six months are waiting for me. I've already requested a cashout for $30 worth of points, crossing my fingers they follow through.

2024.11.28 20:34 Giraffe-Usual Two Unrelated Timebomb Questions.
So these questions are two very unrelated questions but, as I am crafting theories, writing fics and such I wondered if maybe poseing them to the wider timebomb fandome maybe I can get to the bottem of them.
One- Did Christan Linke/another creator confirm there were more timebomb scenes exploreing them prepareing to fight Noxus? In particular I saw it mentioned somewhere that it was desribed as 'intimate'. But I have not seen this. Anyone know about this or is this something that just doesn't exsist?
Second! I've seen the outro Ma Meilleure Ennemie translated as "I'm leaving you' AND 'I'm Waiting For You' (or something like that). Any French speakers out there able to confirm which is correct? Cause I think...that is a huge difference and I for one would love to know.

So during vanilla Factorio i glazed right over circuits - didnt even bother with them at all.
During Space Age, I dipped my toes in - first setting up some lights/displays for visual representations of things, then setting up a blueprint I can plop a production facility with a requester chest to request 5x mats needed it for it - thats when I think circuits clicked for me for a little bit.
I was wiring train stations to "open" when needed, and grabbers to stop grabbing things in space if their storage was full of a certain material (filters!)
Then I looked into parameterized blueprints, and everything glazed over again -- I think I was on the shallow-end of the pool, and peaked into the deep end, and now I'm terrified - I wont even use other peoples blueprints.
What made circuits click for you? when did you finally realize how to make circuits work for your factory? how far down the rabbit hole did you go?

It feels weird to put anything here and ask random strangers their opinions but I guess when you have to vent you have to vent.
I was with my wife for 12 years, married for 4 of those years. We met in high school and have been living together as soon as she turned 18 due to home problems she had. We recently separated in mid Aug of 2024, because of me, I admit I caused this and it is 100 percent my fault. I was seeing another woman and she found out, but instead of leaving me she tried multiple times to work it out, even beg me, but I refused, no idea why I did such a dumb thing I should have obviously chose my wife. Long story short me and the other woman didnt work out and I still had opportunities to fix it, but continued to be hesitant. Now my wife has left, is with a new guy and has blocked my number and blocked me on social media.
Her and her "boyfriend" have been talking seriously since mid Oct. and apprently they are very in love and might be moving in together. Now I'm on the side she was on and I realized I messed up. I want her back and am scared I've lost all chances to be with her forever. I guess its true what they say " you dont know what you've got til its gone...."
I guess my questions are will they work out?...Why did she jump into a relationship so fast?...have I really lost all opportunities with her forever?
We're still technically married, but she's made it clear she wishes to divorce me, but that it is not a priority right now. I do really miss her and wish I could have just done things differently because she is a wonderful human being whose been delt a bad hand in life and still suffers from those scars
I've also made a decision not to date or talk to other women right now. It wouldnt be fair to them as I would just be using them to get over her. I just plan on focusing on myself to try and reach the potiential she always though I had and honestly im hoping she will see all theses changes I've made and be willing to try it again...

Been looking into getting back into the rc hobby, had a bunch growing up and looking to get something more indepth and customizable with a small budget to test the waters, yet get something decent and upgradable that I can tool around with and use inside and outside.
Looking at the wrangler Rubicon interco edition, can't decide between blue or orange since I can't find a grey option at the same sale price, or at all as it looks sold out everywhere lol.
Does anyone here have one? Do you enjoy it? Any common weak points to upgrade first? Or fun extra add-ons, tools, obstacles be it at home stuff you like to crawl over or purchaseable ones. Suggestions for other crawlers with similar price.
