Hi, I've been looking into upgrading my Hardware for quite some time now. My current PC is showning its age and lately, I've come to the conclusion, that it makes more sense to overhaul the entire thing and go for a new build than upgrade select parts. please correct me if I'm wrong here.
- New build or upgrade?
- Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

16GB RAM
600W PSU
3440x1440 144Hz Monitor (I plan to stick with 1440p 21:9)
I don't expect to reuse anything there (besides the monitor ofc) but maybe i'm wrong. I also don't need any peripherals.
- PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
- Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
- WiFi or wired connection?
- Size/noise constraints?

I’m woefully inflexible, tight back muscles and leg muscles. Can’t remember the last time I was able to touch my toes, if ever. The sit & reach always kept me from getting presidential in school gym 😂.
When I sit straight up, with legs extended, I basically feel extreme burning/stretching in my calves and only my calves. When I do hamstring stretches, it feels like my calves get stretched/are restricting me.
Do I need to target my calves first before I target anything else?

I stepped right in the middle of my three month old kitten. She must have been lying on her side and I stepped down with my full weight on her mid section. Took her to the emergency vet. They took vitals and said she seems okay. I’m worried because when I got her home, she hisses at her playmate if he comes near. I just gave her some food because it’s way past her meal time. She took two bites. Usually she’s ravenous and plays nonstop. Right now all she wants to do is lay in her snuggle be. I’m worried about internal injuries.

 | Before I was in a pretty unhealthy relationship that unfortunately turned out quite toxic. I was drinking heavily, addicted to caffeine and nicotine. Long story short, I wasn’t being treated very well. My mental health was in the worst state It had ever been in. Breaking up with her was probably the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, but if I stayed it would have destroyed me. It’s only been a little under a month and I’ve been feeling quite good and taking care of myself. My mental health issues are pretty much under control now I still have rough days but I’m happy and I’m never gonna give up. I’ve just ended an unhealthy 4 year relationship. It’s been amicable but it would almost be easier if we hated on another…
Before that I had another relationship that was a decade long. I’m finding that it’s good to be solo and healthy but I can’t help feeling devastatingly lonely…
I’m in my mid 30’s and most of my friends are married and have little kids. I can’t help but feel like a failure and very alone.
Luckily I have family and friends but so many people are busy with their own lives. Does the loneliness ever go away? I feel very lost… just looking to hear others stories and experiences.

 | I recently had a lot of success replacing my Squier Strat's electronics using an inexpensive prefab pick guard setup that I got from Amazon. The process was relatively straightforward and not very complex. My dad has an old Squier Bullet that he'd like to do the same thing to, since it has almost the same problems that my Strat did (shorts in the sound, dead spots in the selector switch). We thought it would be a pretty trivial matter since the guitar is so similar to a Stratocaster. After closer examination, we learned that there are several significant differences that present issues for a simple pick guard swap. I guess what I'm wanting to ask is what the easiest, least complicated way to repaiupgrade the guitar might be. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm including pics of the guitar if it helps at all.
