2024.11.28 21:40 Jafishya I'm not in control but I'm scared to tell the full truth in case they see me as a risk. Is it possible to get help without hospitalization?
I feel like I've been posting a lot on here, so sorry about that. You guys did a great job at providing me with some perspective and I can't describe how helpful it was in actually taking certain steps.
Anyway, I'm feeling less and less in control of my actions, and I'm starting to be concerned that I'd hurt myself if the moment strikes, as the plan's all there, and I have access to the materials (and can't seem to let them go).
Problem is, I've been suffering from 'bouts' of suicidality, and during them I almost want to reach out to emergency services but wind up having a panic attack instead. They've been escalatinf somewhat & I'm afraid that they'd make me to go the hospital for a short period which might actually be good for me, but any absence right now would be disastrous to the success I've been going through the motions to cultivate. (Read: If I stick around, my overall situation worsens if hospitalized)
I guess my question is this: In a therapy or on-call response setting, how do I know when I've crossed into the point of no return? What would be the trigger for hospitalization to be a thing?
If this post is anything to go by, I have no idea how any of this stuff works. The only on-call mental health support after 8pm is via the local police station, which freaks me out, too, lol.

2024.11.28 21:40 LeftPain3429 Shimano GRX 810 derailleur with Deore XT Crankset.
So I finally got the go-ahead to build up a new bike this winter, and I've been really interested in the Evasion Lite from Crust. I'm hoping to use as many parts from my current bike as I can to save some money. I think most everything should swap over other than the crankset (the Crust takes a mountain crank). I'm wondering if I can use an XT (either 11 or 12 speed) crankset with my current GRX 1x11 rear derailleur or if I need a whole new drivetrain. My lbs would be the ones responsible for moving over the parts.

Okay so my grandpa just gave my brother a shit load of like nascar cards and toys and other things and he’s giving me $20 to go through them all. There’s also some baseball, football, and basketball ones too, but there so so so many nascar ones. I saw someone on here say that the app Ludex is good so i’ve been scanning them on there and all the nascar ones r like worth nothing but there’s some other good cards. Title says it. Not too privy on $50/hr simulator fees around me and no room at home to setup a sim/ hitting net. Is there anything that can be done to keep the groove thru the winter? Would "dry swings" be effective (no ball full swings)? I could go to a top golf style range but even with the heaters it gets quite cold there. only my second winter off since truly taking up golf.

I'm purchasing a 2023 Model X standard range but I'm not certain if it's 246 range or 348 range. When I search it up it shows 348 but the posting say Model X standard but standard is 246 range. I'm just confused as to what is the exact range and how I can find out? I'm out of state and should be picking it up in the next week and driving it over 1k miles back. It would be nice to have an idea of how many miles I'll be getting. Thank you for any responses
