Can I permanently unlock Perk Greed with Prestige?

So, my first unlock was the AK74, the second was the Napalm Strike. I'm thinking of what to do with my new unlock token, and thought of Perk Greed, but as of level 5, Prestige 3, the Wildcard thing is still blocked. Can it be permanently unlocked (if so, will I have to wait until wildcards are available?) or should I just go ahead and choose a perk if not?

Hey I’m preparing for an interview for a software engineer role. The first technical round is a full stack round the recruiter said it’s JavaScript heavy. Basically they want me to recreate a basic version of one of their features. Is there any where I can practise something like this? I usually study leetcode so this is kind of new I have JavaScript experience full stack in my current job but interviews are a little different.

So I was checking out a clothing re-seller on instagram and I just wanted to make sure if i can trust it or not.
The account is @vintage.thriftcare, it seems to be one person selling mainly jeans and jorts at a fair price. I have chatted with him to see whether he was a bot or not and it really does not seem like it, quick responses and even friendly. He wants me to pay on payoneer and then send him my billing information in our chat.

Maybe it's just my observation but I have noticed that in social settings the job title "engineer" doesn't hold much prestige as compared to doctors, lawyers, bankers, and such.
Like my tech bros here are raking in millions while catching rockets with chopsticks, researching AGI, targeted medicine, clean energy but are treated as your usual Uncle Bob.

I am working on an abandoned 1985 vn1100 with some really sketchy wiring done by someone at some point. I’m experiencing a very weak crank (maybe 10rpm lol) I’ve narrowed it down to absolutely not being the battery, and unlikely but still possibly being a dirty ground I missed somewhere? But I also have other stuff that seems weird to me, and I’d like to reference a running bike if possible!
