22 anos, endomorfo. 1,70m/90kg.
Não consigo fazer 10 flexões, que dirá 20 abdominais, vejo instruções de treino e dizem que esse é o padrão iniciante. Sou tão ruim assim?
Eu não ligaria de ser gordinho, se pelo menos parte disso fosse músculos, mas aparentemente eu sou só uma lombriga obesa.
Comecei essa semana a fazer jejum intermitente de 24 horas (só almoçando), e consigo fazer no máximo: 3x 5 flexões com halter, 3x 10 abdominais, 3x 10 agachamentos com 10kg e 2x 20 bíceps com halter de 5kg, não é por falta de energia, antes do jejum já era assim.
É "normal" ser assim? Nunca quis ser todo definido, mas sinto como se eu não tivesse músculo algum. Devo continuar fazendo o que estou fazendo ou é perda de tempo por ser muito pouco?

Now that I have bigger grasp of the game (S33 engravings), I want to ask questions that I still don't understand.
- What real benefit is there in upgrading non-leader characters to S5? I understand they get higher skill levels, some higher stats, but still the priority is always getting Leaders to S5 first, then who? Sub dps? Support?
- Skill level priority. Getting maxed out skills on leaders first? Or getting skills to certain thresholds across multiple characters?

Playing on nightmare difficulty....legend level 172 Never played multiplayer because i want to achieve 250 legend level myself... Please helppppppppppp.. Playing this game for more than 4 years... Never ever played this on multiplayer...i just love this game so much that i dont want to play any other games.... And for the last 2 years the only games i played beside dying light is mirror edge and assassin's creed(3,black flag and rogue)because it has parkour.. if i take a guess i have replayed(completed 100%)dying light more than 80+ times So after i complete my 250 level...i will kiss this game good bye and play after 5-10 years.......so before that can i add more Npc encounter,demolisher in slums... So I just finished reading the English translation by Seven Seas.
At the end of volume 3, Wei Wuxian is eating at a stall when he sees a woman and recognises her. This is the very last scene. Volume 4 starts with a flashback that has nothing to do with it, and I don’t remember it ever being explained who she is. I thought it could be Wen Qing but the woman is “filthy from head to toe”, which makes me think it isn’t her. Does anyone know who she is?
Here is the passage:
Chapter 15, “Peony for the soon departed”:
There was a person squatting beside the vendor, filthy from head to toe. Before Wei Wuxian approached, she was hugging her knees and shivering as though cold and exhausted. When she heard Wei Wuxian speak, however, her head abruptly shot up. Wei Wuxian’s eyes widened.

On my grandmothers Christmas tree people noticed the lights were blinking very rapidly "like an old movie projector", so I took a look and found that when I recorded them in Super Slow MO on my phone (960 fps) I found them to be blinking 480 times per second, or twice every one second on video. I would provide details on the electrical specifications of the tree, but unfortunately there is nothing identifying on it, and the box has been thrown away. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Will provide the video when Google drive cooperates :/ sorry.

I'm not even American, but I'm looking forward for those thanksgiving dailies because they're chill and easy, and I like to collect some turkeys and bring them to a bar.
So I just went and collected three and put them in the Valentine saloon, then sit down on one of the chairs. When all of a sudden a 4 player posse spawned right next to me, I see one of them come up to me (with a beaver hat no surprise), shoot me and I parley. But they immediately all left the session anyway...
Now, I normally don't mind this, have a lot of cowards shoot me while I'm sitting down and can't fight back, but the turkeys were gone when I came back so that was indeed sad since their spawns are awful today 🥲
