I’m looking for an app suggestion to lift weights at home.
I’m looking for a progressive program with videos where the instructor talks to me the whole time, but without music (so I can play my own). I love Caroline Girvan’s programming but since she doesn’t talk during the workout, I find it hard to follow (I have to keep looking at screen and pausing and rewinding). I need the instructor to talk through the whole workout.
Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
- weightlifting at home
- progressive program I can follow for several weeks (like Caroline girvan)

First time watching, I finished season 3 and could barely make it through the last episode of the season, after they killed Charles Vane I lost allot of interest. I know he gets hung in real life but still.. Plus I know this show will probably end like a Shakespearean tragedy, & it feels like it slowed down alot like it's kinda dragging just to squeeze out another season. I will push through though, the fight with the British is after all been what all of this has been leading up too. I've also looked through the Reddit threads talking about how ppl disliked vanes voice but i digress his voice and whole self is super sexy

Hi I looked around and couldn't find an answer to this, maybe I'm thinking of the problem the wrong way but here goes:
I want a way to store a signal long term (not an integer, but a signal, for example different quality of the same item as a signal).
My use case is this, I want to build an automated quality upcycler that produces the highest quality version of a given recipe when the resources are available.
I have combinators to check whether for each quality the corresponding materials are present, then a decider to pick the highest quality out of those.
Problem is that once the recipe is set, the inserter starts to move the materials over to the crafting station, the combinator for that quality would fail the check, and the recipe would be changed over to the next quality.
I want a way to store that initial quality value until the crafting station finishes crafting.
Is there a way to store a variable signal long term? Or is there another solution to this?

2024.11.28 21:50 RealJoanWinston NSV - My Thanksgiving Plate
I've been on Wegovy just over 2 months, am at .5 dose but took .25 this week (Sunday) to avoid feeling too sick to participate in family gatherings (had a rough 2 weeks prior to this one, doc approved my dosage).
I planned to take 1-2 tablespoons of everything except turkey (yay protein), and not snack mindlessly or add extras. And I did it! This was my plate (clockwise from left)
Mashed potato (didn't end up eating, was too lumpy) Mac n Cheese Corn Stuffing Turkey Sweet Potato In the middle - broccoli and cauliflower
I also had one very small bite of hubby's slice of pumpkin pie.
I'm not stuffed at all, and I'll probably eat a small dinner later, if I'm hungry. I felt glad to taste everything, and I could've easily had more but I was so proud of myself for sticking to my plan. No one commented either, since the food mostly covered the plate and I ate slowly, which was a relief.
What did you all end up doing for Thanksgiving if you celebrate? We're having another full Thanksgiving meal on Saturday with family who couldn't be in town today, so I'm hoping to do very close to this again.
