What do you consider part of you warm? when does a warm up end and practice begin? I’m kind of in a limited time frame and aim for 1 hour and 45 mins per day. Usually I’ll start with some glissandos for maybe 2-3 minutes then I’ll do long tones for 10-15 minutes then lip slurs for 10-15 then scales and articulation for 10-15 mins. I’ll have a break after this (5ish minutes) and consider it my warm up. Then spend maybe 10-15 minutes on an exercise then finish up with music I’m learning and some range extensions and a warm down. I guess the question is, would you consider this work on fundamentals a warm up and go back and practice them again later or is this sufficient?

I just had a transvaginal scan today and the lady doing it told me to guide the probe inside me. So I did, but I didn't think to push it all the way in... So I didn't because I assumed she wouls move it where she needed to but she didn't. She just sat there and took some pics and I was done. She didn't go in further. So now I'm worried it was all for nothing and they'll see nothing. I asked her if she got any usable pics or was able to see anything and she just basically said it up to the doctor to determine that. I asked her if it worked? And she said the doctor will determine that. I asked if she was able to get any pictures? She said that's for the doctor to determine. I feel like it was a fail and I'll get told they see nothing. And how I'm making it all up. (my awful debilitating symtomps for years now ignored by my doctor) My concern was that the probe was only like slightly inside my hole and my issues are in my uterus and bladder and all that area. I don't know how she even got pictures. My question is, does anyone know if it has to go all the way up inside me, or can they get pictures just by being slightly inside the vaginal canal? ... Every question I asked her was just "that's for the doctor to determine" so I left there upset and left hanging and I'm thinking that nothing will be found to explain my horrible symptoms.

I’m just ranting because I’m feeling emotional and wanted to see if I over reacted. So every holiday I bring the CNAs who work with us on the unit a gift card, $10 for dunks or Starbucks… there is usually 4 of them on, so I think that spending $40 to show them I am glad they worked on the holiday with me (makes my job easier when they are here) is a thing to do. No I am not a manager, just a regular floor nurse. I’ve been doing it for YEARS… so to today. Over the past few months the morale really has taken a sharp turn down. Half of the CNAs feel that it is beneath them for nurses to ask for anything. Vitals, help with repositioning, an EKG. Well today I had my last straw dealing with entitled, “I’m not doing anything” attitude. I wrote an email to my manager saying that this continual “holier than thou” attitude isn’t working for me anymore. I gave one Starbucks gift card to one CNA only. I did appreciate her working. Should I have just not given any? I’m just to the point I don’t want to deal with this dynamic anymore. Management isn’t addressing it and I don’t think they ever will either. End rant.

because i really need some opinion...hmm..so i have medium length hair because my hair is fine type...i'd say my hair is thin hair too..it's kinda not thick and not than thin when i hold it..yeah i'd say it just thin..i just born with it..and it is 2b&2c type of my hair..because i think its too curly to be in straight type and too straight to be in the curly side..and with my finess hair..and thin.. the only thing i grateful it always smooth when u touch it..that's the only thing i like about my hair i guess..the rest meh..seriously i need routine..it become easily frizzy too....hmm..thank u...(if u guys can suggest product it would be helpful too~)
