2024.11.28 23:38 erihimee Inca Jungle Trek - available ticket is Circuit 3b - worth it?
I am doing the inca jungle trek (4 days 3 nights) around Christmas time and literally only booked the tour today. Unfortunately, because it's so last minute, the only available circuit that allows access to MP is 3b. (Half bottom citadel without classic view).
I am a bit gutted that Circuit 1 and 2 was sold out as I was really looking forward to the classic MP photo/ post card photo, but also just hiking more and seeing more of MP.
Has anyone gone to circuit 3b and were there any good photo spots?
Also, has anyone done the inca jungle trek before? I am so excited but also so nervous about the downhill biking!!

Hey, I'm experimenting with hydrogen injection on a vehicle to improve power and/or mileage. I built a wet cell that uses water and sodium hydroxide as a catalyst and stainless steel as electrodes. My problem is I live in a place that goes down to -20F during the winter. If the cell has a chance to freeze it'll expand and break apart.
What would be the most chemically and electrically efficient additive to stop it from freezing? I'm looking for a chemical that will stop water from freezing at -20F and not substantially interfere with the electrical conductivity of the water or the efficiency of the cell. Anyone have any idea's?

2024.11.28 23:38 Rustee12 SSL Inspection for App Installs
I'm working through an issue where Windows Store apps aren't installing when connected to our corporate network; which I believe is related to SSL inspection that is enabled for our internet traffic.
I've been able to pretty much confirm this by getting some bypasses set up by our network team for a few devices and Company Portal (and inbox app updates) will come down after a bit of time. I've also installed a laptop, and while it was on the corporate network, Company Portal would not install, but as soon as I put it on an external network, Company Portal installed within minutes of logon.
My network team configured the network endpoints for Intune (Network endpoints for Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn) but this hasn't helped unless a full SSL bypass is put in place.
Is there something I'm missing that needs to be configured? The Intune article also lists some Store addresses that are also set.
It is likely something dumb I'm missing but I'm at a loss.

I've got a good decades worth of poems, songs and other shit I've written- folk punk, some Muddy Waters/Bob Dylan type stuff,, teeny bit of rap (think Chance The Rapper), some fiction short stories (think Irvine Welsh) etc., I wrote and recorded some shitty versions of like 4 songs years ago with some friends, i can send links to that if itnerested. Also Rob Taxpayer recorded a couple of mine through his Patreon, he did them very well.
I live in a state all by myself now and don't know anyone so if you're also lonely/bored/interested hmu. I used to trade poems and songs with friends and we'd add verses or give notes, etc. I cant play a single instrument btw but i like doinf vocals and love writing. . I'm in central NC too, so if you're nearby ish still hmu. I'm also just in need of general socialization (I was in the hospital for 4 months after I moved here, and after getting out and finally healing, I'm realizing I'm super alone, especially nit having been able to work/get out and meet people).
