In my opinion every time I see someone’s k damaged Kia, I almost always see someone commenting it’s totaled and insurance companies will most likely deem it that way as well.
Why do we keep telling people that there’s no point in fixing their car? Is standards, convenience, time? Whatever is I think there are more than enough alternatives then taking a whole L on your car.
For the people who got it off the lot and are locked into contracts, you guys are covered…but for the people who aren’t locked into contracts and paying their vehicles off I’ll offer a couple of avenues you can take instead.

One of the most commonly underrated service. If you got a fender bender up to an engine to a mirror to a tire. GO LOOK AT A YARD. Find your model or similar year and start pulling parts off. Cheaper if you have the ability to put said parts on. But alas mechanics won’t just take yr junk part and put it on, but Iv never done that so take that with a grain of salt.
It sounds cheap it sounds dumb, but you can actually get anything you need on Amazon. Iv ordered various parts from there, with continuous non issues. Just be aware of your dimensions and materials! (ie. LxWxH or plastic vs metal)

Hello guys, I have a celestron 130slt and I’ve read on numerous posts that dslrs have an issue getting into focus with newtonians because the mirror is too far and the only way to get it to work is to mod the telescope and get the primary mirror closer. Which is something that I don’t really wanna do, so my question: is this only an issue with dslrs or does this also happen with mirrorless cameras? Since mirrorless are all digital and don’t have mirrors (same as dedicated astro cameras) I wonder if I will be able to get into focus. Thanks, appreciate the help.

My nieces were put into foster care and now adopted, I was finally able to get in touch with their adoptive mom and she is going to let me see them again. I haven’t been able to see them since 2019. I’m going to get to see them again in the middle of December. She said they loved Minecraft and squishmallows.
I’m so happy, I’m crying but I’m so happy. Please let me know what I can add to these girls gifts bags. It’s the first time in 5 years that I’ve been able to do anything for them.

I saw this boots I wanted to buy and it’s $10 cheaper on amazon.ca than at sportchek.ca but I’m not sure if it’s a knockoff or the original brand. I read somewhere that Amazon puts these items in a bin from different sellers with their own products, so they get mixed up. Are they still doing that now? I messaged the third party seller where they ship from but their reply was “item is fulfilled by amazon.” 🤷‍♀️

So my fiancé (26) is a service writer and he’s become friends with a girl who works at the auto part store (different company). When I was pregnant (3 months ago) he started mentioning her a lot when he’d tell me about his day and then I got a weird feeling when she called him on his personal phone after work so I brought it up and he was saying “what am I not allowed to have female friends?” And then assured me nothing like that was going on. Saying how she has 2 kids and all the guys at the shop thinks she just sleeps around, etc… well today I had his phone and saw he’s been texting her and they’d be like sharing how they feel and he was joking with her about buying her food and sharing it?… he never comes home late or anything so I don’t think anything physical is happening but it’s honestly making me feel like it’s right on the line on not being okay. Plus he claims he can’t text or anything during the day cause he’ll get in trouble at work yet he’s messaging her?…I don’t get why he started even talking to her about personal things besides work anyways?… I’ve been cheated on before and I don’t want to go through that again. I’m not sure what to do… my heart just kinda sank when I saw they’ve been talking other than work stuff and more…

Should I push for further testing at my doctors? My symptoms started around 18 months ago at first it was uncomfortable in terms of times where my heart would race but since then it’s become so much more severe and debilitating to the point where I am just unwell every single day and it’s no longer easy even just holding down a job. I’ve been having the worst brain fog and struggle with concentration more than ever, dry eyes sensitivity to light almost shaking sensations in my eyes when they’re shut. Headaches, twitching everywhere, joint swelling and pain. I’ve lost around a stone to a stone and a half. I’m getting around 3-4 hours of sleep a night and although I’m shattered my symptoms stop me and disturb me being able to sleep. It’s affecting my relationships. I barely leave the house anymore and when I do I have severe anxiety incase I have an attack. I’ve been really short of breath just from walking up and down the stairs. It’s my 25th birthday in a few weeks and I’m just really gutted at how life’s become. I’m just worried more is going on. For reference I tested positive for SIBO this year and also hpv during my first cervical screening. I’m just unhappy in all areas of life, the weight loss is terrible and same with everything else but lack of sleep definitely. Mentally I’m just not in a good place, I also have mental health issues I’m just in constant fear something awful will happen and that it’s not just pots and something bad is happening
