Hello all. I am a domestic violence survivor, and have had a lot of loss in my life in the last couple of years that now has me in a state of constant anxiety and physical pain especially in the evenings and overnight. Just this year I’ve had my current partner who had a heart attack at the beginning of the year and died, then came back to life. That affected me very badly. My ex-husband has been bringing up the death of our unborn son a lot. My parents separated after 33 years of marriage. I lost a step daughter(she’s still alive but I can’t see her) it’s lots of loss and physical pain.
I don’t know if this is the right subreddit. But I’m having a hard time with finding the good and seeing it. I feel like I am struggling with anticipatory grief just waiting on the next thing to go wrong.
I can’t live like this. I’m really depressed right now.

As title says, our friendship ended because I had become too overbearing and needy and would become toxic and shitty when there wasn’t attention brought to me, they removed me as a friend in 2022 but recently they haven’t seemed to dislike my presence, at one point they even joined conversation that I was in when speaking to the rest of the room. I still think about them but I want to know if it’s best to reach out or let life live.

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is having a good day so far. I really want to start taking therapy to work through stress, anxiety and past traumatic experiences but I am currently under my father's insurance plan and for my parents therapy and mental health is quite a taboo topic so its not really something thats up for discussion with them. If I use insurance for a certain amount of coverage off of therapy (e.g on platforms like betterhelp) will the primary holder (my dad) of the insurance be notified of it?
