I then bought the FIW pendant and I got the paypal email but not the confirmation email. Should I be worried? I checked out as guest for both purchases bc Popmart wasn’t letting me check out on my account.

hey guys, I'm a part time student and a part time worker. I'm taking a gap year to upgrade my marks since my grade 12 year was pretty rough. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on how to approach the course work and load since the uni application deadline is coming closer and closer. I feel like I'm spending more time taking notes rather than actually doing the assignments, on top of my part time work schedule. I don't want to be dishonest about my academic work but I am starting to feel a little helpless. any advice would help!

2024.11.29 03:41 No-Share5945 When do you ask for the role's HMO, taxes, etc?
May inapplyan akong job position from this international 'Start-up' (that's their term kahit na 10 years na yung company) recently at walang nakalagay dun kung anong benefits at all. May finill-upan lang akong form regarding my details and asking salary.
After some time, I got called for my first interview which is technical interview agad. We talked technical stuff and I asked them about some of the role's setup. Parang first-time lang nila mag-outsource and wala akong nakikitang Filipino-connection sa linkedin account nila, parang wala pang pinoy na nagwork sa kanila. I asked about their office here kasi nakalagay sa form na at least once need magreport sa office, they said na they're gonna have an office somewhere in this one city sa Manila (not sure if acquired na nila or in process pa lang).
I didn't ask much about the taxes, HMO, kung magiging parang freelance ba to (pero magkaka-office sila sa ph?), I also didn't ask if may HR sila na ph-based. I figured i-ask ko na lang to pag HR interview na.
After that and some exams, I advanced sa next process which is to talk na sa VP ng company. Ngayon, I emailed yung contact ko sa kanila asking about if magkakaroon pa ba ng interview sa HR kasi may mga gusto ako idiscuss (like 13th month, HMO, allowances) pero until now di pa nagrereply.
Question, should I just wait after my interview with the VP is done to ask about these stuff? Wait ko na lang ba JO? Kayo ba tinatanong niyo agad sa first interview pa lang? Technical interview kasi yung nauna sakin kaya feeling ko dapat sa HR ko ididiscuss to pero biglang VP interview na agad after technical exam. Iniisip ko kasi baka ang daming process na ending eh ireject ko rin kung di ko magustuhan offer nila, or wala yung target ko which is HMO. Sayang time naming parehas.
Nag-ooverthink rin ako baka I asked too early sa offer amd benefits agad eh di pa nga ako hired at wala pang JO. Nakalagay naman sa form yung asking salary ko and so far wala naman naraise na qualms about it.

So i recently got terraria on my pc: Nvidia RTX 4050 Intel Ultra i9 185h 32Gb ram 1TB ssd
For some reason im getting frame drops and 1% lows less then 20 fps. My pc should definetly be able to run 60FPS smoothely so i dont know why im getting these FPS drops. Help would be much appreciated!

 | This is my situation, in the house I get 850mbps download and 700+ upload on Speedtest.net and in the sleepout at my gaming setup I get 20mbps download speed and 17 upload. I play competitive games like fortnite and my internet is really unstable, I’ll be sitting on 30 ping (which is good) and then I’ll get a random 2 second spike where I go to 60+ ping and occasionally I’ll go to 200+ ping for over 30 seconds and it is unplayable. I need good stable internet for a game like this and help would be much appreciated. If planning to stay in residence have a look at their residence lottery system and deadlines. Have a back up plan. Looks like procedure may be changed a bit this year. Last year more than 1000 students were on the waiting list. This resulted in a lot of stress and some students had to live off campus, stay at home, defer or go to a different University.

 | Hii! So I started using suitu like a year ago, but eventually stopped. I downloaded it on my old phone in October, and i deleted it a few days later. I changed phones to a newer iPhone a few weeks ago and tried to log in into my old account from my Apple ID but as soon as I log in I’m unable to go into the home page. It goes back to the quest page. I cant do quests or play any gacha either, I haven’t tried buying clothes cause I’m broke and I haven’t joined any competitions so idk if I can do that or now. Idk what to do, I was on level 40 so starting again is definitely not an option for me.
