 | Basically what title says. I'm done with my first aquascape and generally pleased with how it turned out but I feel like there is something missing? My lighting may be too weak to sustain red or any colorful plants and in addition I don't really plan to use any fertiliser to prevent harming shrimps. All beam shots were taken at 20% level setting within the 12 group mode. The SFT-40 and SFT-25R are driven by 8 Amp buck driver on S6 host. The Green Osram (KP CSLNM1.F1) is driven by 5 Amp buck on S8. I plan to convert the green silicon tail switch into the metal button. Have just got my first ever ADHD med prescription, Vyvance. Planning to start tomorrow. Have read alot online about the importance of keeping hydrated and the effectiveness of electrolyte drinks. Seems like citric acid/ vitamin C can reduce effectiveness of the medication. Not much australian info on the topic though...
Does anyone have any recommendations of a suitable electrolyte product, powder etc, available in Australia, or any recommendations or advice to share on electrolytes and hydration in general?

Since it's Thanksgiving, my mom set aside a turkey wing for him. Just wanted confirmation that it's safe and won't harm him at all. He is an adult, medium-large dog.

So since I was younger I would have times where I could feel the acic coming up after certain meals. There was very few times where I was up in pain with the burning sensation in my throat. Nothing crazy and not often at all.
About a week ago I started feeling discomfort in my upper abdomen. It's not like a burning, more like bloating/pressure or gas i thought.
I then began to feel a slight burning in the bottom of my throat along with gurgling and the "lump" feeling. I began burping more as well. I began to realize this is acid reflux. It's been about a week now and the symptoms are still there. The pain is very manageable and not too bad at this point, more uncomfortable than anything. Like I said it's weird because it's not a burning feeling (other than in my throat) but more of a slight pressure pain in my upper abdomen. I did go to the dr and he put me on pantoprazole which i have been taking now for 4 days. When will I begin to feel relief? Anyone have similar symptoms regarding the bloating / gas pain feeling in your upper stomach?
I have been trying to change my diet (especially around drinking coffee). Any other suggestions? Thank you
