Hi! I've been wondering this for a while. For some reason I have gotten into the habit of giving my bubs ~1:1 ratio of formula to bm every bottle. He's just about 3 months old and gets 4.5oz each bottle, with at least 2oz being breast milk and the rest formula. But I just saw a post from someone (who just finished their pump goal and stashed over 600oz--congrats!!!!) who I think said they feel their baby formula except for at least one bottle being breast milk.
So just wanting to hear what other moms do. I have not questioned my method but am open to other ways. Does anybody know if there are pros or cons to feeding in particular ways (for example, is it better to spread breast milk out throughout the day or one full bottle once a day, etc)?

Hi, so thair is this guy i have liked since last year. We r both in highschool and he is 1 year older than me. We met at dnd and have been talking for months and have even hangout alone together a cupple times. He is so sweet and is honestly amazing 👏🏼. We have some things in common; tho he is tall (like over 6ft tall) and skinny but has muscle bc he does weight lifting, while I am short ( like 5,3 or 5,4) and kinda chubby an have no upper body strength like at all. We text every day in and out of school. He is tuchy and will poke me or boop my nose at least once when we r together wether we r in a group or alone. Just last week him and my friend came and picked me up for dnd at my friend's house. While my friend was driving us back (i was in the back and crush was on pasanger side) my crush started poking me and i started pokeing back. Then he grabbed/squized my thigh twice. After my crush and me got dropped back at our houses we started texting. After a little bit it turned into teasing/ flirting, then suggestive sanario's. The next day we were texting the same way. This Tusday my school had finals and for my school it's basically like a half day so after ur done then u can just go home. Me and crush were walking home and bc he is built like a giraffe it was hard to keep up. He asked if we should sit down and eventually I agreed. Originally i had my head in his lap and i was talking while he started massaging my head and messing w/ my hair. Then it turned into me sitting in his lap facing him w/ my arms around his neck and him holding/ tickling my sides and pokeing me in random places . We were like this for like 10 mins until we had to go back to walking , but omg it felt so nice and we even hugged a cupple of times while we were sitting like that. Also just btw he has known i have liked him since like 2 months into talking and during one past hangout we ended up cuddling a little. So plssss let me know if u think he does or doesn't like me bc I really don't know and I might just be blinded by love or smth

It's Thanksgiving and my mama and I didn't cook together. We didn't set our alarms to get up and start making casseroles and potatoes and turkey. We didn't send the guys out yesterday to pick up any last minute items or fetch the pies. We didn't sit down and watch a movie while everything cooked. We didn't debate whether to include craisins in the stuffing, which we loved but my dad didn't. Instead, we pretended it was a normal Thursday. It was always just the four of us, but with it down to three, I couldn't fake it. I couldn't step into her place. I couldn't try making the things we made together and know that they'll never be as good as hers. So instead, my dad did his thing, my brother did his, and I slept. But now that I've slept all day, I'm here, awake with my thoughts and tears and heart ripping apart. I just want my mom.

 | Hey sunglass fam, I've been hanging out in this group for a while now, and I've been having a blast checking out all the different shades. I've been doing my research and trying on different models for the past two months, and I think I've got a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for. Hopefully, you guys can help me out. I want the best possible lenses and frames, but I also want them to be lightweight—under 40 grams if possible. I already bought a pair of Persol PO3092SM sunglasses, and they're only about 35 grams. They're super comfy, and the lenses are great. I've tried on a bunch of Maui Jims, but I haven't found any that fit me just right. I really liked their neutral grey lenses, though. I also loved my Serengeti Foyt drivers (49 grams), but they're just a bit too heavy for me. I love wearing them when I'm driving, but I can't wear them for too long without getting a headache. So, I'm looking for a pair of sunglasses with dimensions of around 48mm-52mm and a bridge of 18-23mm. I want them to weigh less than 40 grams and have polarized lenses. I'm thinking something in a wayfarer style or maybe something round like the Persols I got. As for the lens quality, I'm looking for something comparable to Maui Jim or Serengeti. I'm willing to pay a bit more for the right pair of sunglasses. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? Pics posted for refernce of current pair I own 1.
