Despite landing a retail job recently, I have struggled to secure employment despite consistent job applications, which interviewers seem to doubt, thereby extending the job gap. I am seeking insights into the current job market climate, particularly in finance, accounting, and taxation, where my expertise lies in compliance and risk analysis. Are hiring managers right? Should I have had a job in my field by now?

Hello all, I was looking for some advice on gifts to help my partner who has POTS. She hates to spend money on herself but loves the freezer hat I got her for migraines, so I figured the holidays were a good excuse to get something to help the pain in her extremities. I've seen a few things like sequential compression devices and those beds that vibrate to help circulation, but I'm not sure what's best or if any of it works.
I have a budget of about $200 and I'm happy to get one or multiple smaller things. Thanks for your advice!

Does anyone have an answer as to why Mrs. Clause has been replaced the past two years with famous actresses playing the role instead of the classic Mrs. Claus that has appeared every year prior to 2023?I don't like this "So and so AS Mrs. Claus." I was hoping last year was just a last minute decision because the classic Mrs. Claus had fallen ill shortly before the parade or something but evidently that was not the case as she has been replaced two years in a row. If anyone has an answer as to why Macy's is doing this it would be greatly appreciated.

Simple Kitbash Upgrade All I needed to do was make her thicc!
In all honesty, I'm super pleased with this updated kitbash, especially for how cheap and simple it was.
She was originally combined with a Spinatia and I was okay with the look. But the more she sat on my shelf, the more I dislikes how it came together.
Want to Hobby Lobby looking for some other things and on a whim picked the cheapest kit there with a 40% sale. Only 13 USD so I figured it was worth the gamble. Went home and built the legs right away. Everything went into place super easily and I loved her.
Her original hair was getting in the way of any back/upper arm mods so I stole my spare parts Rishetta's hair. Just overall much more pleased with how she looks now!

I was someone who used cannabis at points in my life. I used to try and find excuses for it biblically. The other day I heard someone mention Revelations 18: 23

Apparently ‘sorceries’, the concordance has the word ‘pharmakeia’.

I used to play skate 3 and mess around on quarry and on the ledge leading to the massive ramp to the cave i found a glitch where if you eject or jump while your skateboard is half hanging off it would super jump you down into the canyon and you could fly and pose and stuff
Super funny and cool and i cant replicate it anymore nor find any video on it
If anybody knows this or has had a similar experience let me know
