Hi! I've been wondering this for a while. For some reason I have gotten into the habit of giving my bubs ~1:1 ratio of formula to bm every bottle. He's just about 3 months old and gets 4.5oz each bottle, with at least 2oz being breast milk and the rest formula. But I just saw a post from someone (who just finished their pump goal and stashed over 600oz--congrats!!!!) who I think said they feel their baby formula except for at least one bottle being breast milk.
So just wanting to hear what other moms do. I have not questioned my method but am open to other ways. Does anybody know if there are pros or cons to feeding in particular ways (for example, is it better to spread breast milk out throughout the day or one full bottle once a day, etc)?

I don’t understand my Apple Watch! What’s the point in wearing it if it never goes off? I never get notifications on it, the chime works sometimes…. It's Thanksgiving and my mama and I didn't cook together. We didn't set our alarms to get up and start making casseroles and potatoes and turkey. We didn't send the guys out yesterday to pick up any last minute items or fetch the pies. We didn't sit down and watch a movie while everything cooked. We didn't debate whether to include craisins in the stuffing, which we loved but my dad didn't. Instead, we pretended it was a normal Thursday. It was always just the four of us, but with it down to three, I couldn't fake it. I couldn't step into her place. I couldn't try making the things we made together and know that they'll never be as good as hers. So instead, my dad did his thing, my brother did his, and I slept. But now that I've slept all day, I'm here, awake with my thoughts and tears and heart ripping apart. I just want my mom.

 | Hey sunglass fam, I've been hanging out in this group for a while now, and I've been having a blast checking out all the different shades. I've been doing my research and trying on different models for the past two months, and I think I've got a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for. Hopefully, you guys can help me out. I want the best possible lenses and frames, but I also want them to be lightweight—under 40 grams if possible. I already bought a pair of Persol PO3092SM sunglasses, and they're only about 35 grams. They're super comfy, and the lenses are great. I've tried on a bunch of Maui Jims, but I haven't found any that fit me just right. I really liked their neutral grey lenses, though. I also loved my Serengeti Foyt drivers (49 grams), but they're just a bit too heavy for me. I love wearing them when I'm driving, but I can't wear them for too long without getting a headache. So, I'm looking for a pair of sunglasses with dimensions of around 48mm-52mm and a bridge of 18-23mm. I want them to weigh less than 40 grams and have polarized lenses. I'm thinking something in a wayfarer style or maybe something round like the Persols I got. As for the lens quality, I'm looking for something comparable to Maui Jim or Serengeti. I'm willing to pay a bit more for the right pair of sunglasses. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? Pics posted for refernce of current pair I own 1. Meet Levi—he hasn’t exactly been winning the lottery of life lately. After an unfortunate run-in with a high-ranking vampire, Levi found himself unexpectedly turned. The good news? Vampire law says they can’t just get rid of him. The not-so-good news? He’s barred from participating in court.
Luckily, Levi’s always been a night owl. His new nocturnal lifestyle just made it official.
Despite the challenges, Levi’s managed to hold onto his upbeat attitude and carve out some normalcy. His boss moved him to the night shift at the convenience store, and he’s finishing up his schoolwork online.
Money, though, has been a little… tight. Turns out, finding reliable takeout for the fang-inclined is even pricier than Uber Eats—especially when you’re not exactly the suave type who can lay on the charm at parties and clubs.
But hey, Levi’s always found a way to make it work. Just gotta take it one day—er, one (night) at a time.

From ASUS’ users manual, there’s no verbiage if fully populating the 5 M.2 slots will steal any PCIE bandwidth from the PCIE slots. From what I read online, the CPU has 20 PCIE Gen 5 lanes, M.2_1 (G5 X4)and M.2_2 (G4 X4) are directly connected to the CPU, and M.2_3, M.2_4, M.2_5 to the chipset (all G4 X4). So I should be able to fully populate all 5 M.2 slots without impacting the PCIE bandwidth of the GPU? Am I missing anything here?
