Hi all - I fell back in September and ended up with a proximal humerous fracture (non surgical). This is my first ever injury so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I was in a sling for 3 weeks and was able to start physio at the end of October. I have now been going 2x a week and while physio says they see an improvement, I don't see much or at least it seems to be super slow. I know everyone is different but just curious of peoples own experiences with the following questions
1) at what point could you sleep on the other side totally comfortably? I can only do it for short periods and can't seem to fall asleep on that side so I end up on my back for most of the night but that has become painful on my lower back ( even with a pillow under my legs)
2) at what point did you start to notice a difference in your day to day activities and you got back most of your ROM. I am feeling discouraged by going to physio 2x/week and doing the exercises 3x a day!
