Hi all we did a reno on our home about 10 years ago. Brother in law was a licensed builder but in QLD.
Together, my husband and he replaced the wall with the appropriate load bearing beam. Neither of them thought or bothered to get a permit :(( It was going to be our forever home so I guess they wanted to save time/ money
Thats come back to bite us as our home is under offer & we are being asked about a permit.
Advice on steps we need to take now?

They work fine on my iphone, work fine on my windows 10 laptop. My windows 10 desktop they won't connect (doesn't always show up or fails to connect), it did connect the first time I tried but no audio came through. I tried updating windows, bluetooth drivers, and also "Alternate A2DP driver" (it didn't show up).

2024.11.29 02:30 Better-Lack8117 Why does it benefit uber to not show us where the ride is going to before we accept?
I feel like I would actually decline fewer rides if I could see the destination. For example, I would be less afraid of being taken out of my preferred zone knowing that I would be able to cherry pick rides for the way back that might take me back to where I want to be or at least relatively close to it. Instead since I am given so little time and information, my impulse is just to decline any ride that's longer than 10 minutes.

 | Today I did the benchmark that comes with the game and I got these fps... I think it's low, since I've seen people on YT with an R5 5600x and a 3060 getting about 140 fps on average. Am I configuring it incorrectly or is it that my GPU and CPU can't handle it anymore? Tldr: good encryption technique preferably to shorten text?
Yapping: I recently downloaded bitwarden(do you consider it safe?) to save my password,
for that I made a pretty complicated master password there's noway I can remember it,
so for now I have it written it on a paper,
but I don't feel like it's safe, so I was thinking of encrypting it in some way,
I tried hex and base64 but the increase the length of my text,
I was wondering if there's one that might reduce text length,
So I can save it on a paper or digitally online (need recommendations).
Also how do you guys save passwords?

Rachel’s winner edit has drastically skyrocketed. I was amazed at how much she improved this episode. I think this goes to show how that she’s a contender. Everything from her winning the Block-a-Vote in addition to her Idol, to her strategic talks on who’s a better vote between Kyle and Genevieve, not to mention her position within the core majority, makes her a great candidate. This looks like an edit that a Survivor winner would absolutely get. I’m at this point that I would be shocked if it isn’t her. Let’s hope this isn’t a Gabler or Erika edit.
