I'm not sure if anyone here have done it. If not, I'll probably be the first to think of it.
You see, I was thinking of making my first Jump ie. Generic Harry Potter Fanfic Jump as a hub-world and then taking others who are interested to follow me to other Jumps.
Time in HP jump will slow down only a week will be 10 years of normal jump of 10 years.
How did I come to think of it?
Well, as I have said my 1st Jump is Generic Harry Potter Fanfic Jump and the chosen fic is (For Want of an Outfit). Since the DoM is aware of the Fae Realms and Harry and co did jump to other universes, I thought they know of Jumpers in general and welcome them wholeheartedly cuz they bring new ways of magic.
What do you think about it?

The woman's mindset works well for cleaning things, but now let us think about what happens when we take the woman's mindset and apply it to leadership. When women encounter a stubborn problem, they see "more scrubbing" as being the solution. This is a good mindset to have for cleaning, but it doesn't work for leadership. Leadership involves strategizing, and a good leader knows when to abandon a bad strategy, but women have a tendency to not question bad strategies and to instead double down on them. This is why so many women are still involved in the institute process. They never question the strategy of the institute process itself, and instead have a mindset of if they keep scrubbing then eventually the institute process is going to start working.

To preface I work at a hospital, I went to start my car but I forgot my badge today. My badge is what is able to get me into locked doors and such, so I used my wallet to prop the door. And then I ran back and there was a woman a bit behind me and because I was running I didn’t really think to hold the door, I just wanted to get back inside because it’s freezing and I didn’t want her to pick up my wallet or whatever. Then she started yelling at me like “you could at least hold the door god you’re so rude that was so rude.” And I was like “um are you okay?” And she was like “no! God you’re so rude.” And I was like “please don’t talk to me like that” then she told me to shut up and walked away. And I’ve been crying for an hour. It sucks. I wish I didn’t care. I wish it didn’t bother me. I wish I wasn’t so sensitive or a crybaby. I wish people weren’t mean.
