Hi guys. Recently switched from ring to Aqara and I’m very pleased that I don’t have to pay a subscription for features like recording and cloud. Only thing I’m worried about is which batteries to choose next, all the posts I found were from 1+ year ago, I’m aware of the 1.5 2800 ma lithium requirement, but on Amazon I found a variety of options ranging from more expensive to cheaper ones. I would love to get rechargeable batteries, but I know they could be a little problematic for the unit. Which ones do you recommend? Thank you.

I’m a 23 y.o working professional based in Bangalore, earning 7 LPA in marketing and sales at an IT company. Over the years, I’ve tried starting multiple ventures for which I took loans from verified apps (Slice, Fibe, Navi, KreditBee). For the last 3 years, I’ve been diligently paying all my EMIs on time and maintaining a decent CIBIL score of 750+.
However, the high interest on these loans is crushing. I want to consolidate them into a single bank loan with a longer tenure to reduce my monthly EMIs, save more, and start investing.
Here’s my current situation:
Take-home salary: 40k (reduced due to an early salary advance of ₹1.2L, deducted at ₹8k/month since August)
EMIs:
Slice: ₹5.6k
Fibe: ₹8.3k
KreditBee: ₹7.1k
Friend: ₹3k
Credit card/lump sum loans: ~₹50k cyclic balance (trying to close this in one go)
Total outstanding loans: ₹3.24L
Earlier this year, I applied for a bank loan with HDFC. After a month of back-and-forth, they rejected it during field verification, citing that I lived in a PG. I’ve since shifted to a rented flat, but now every bank has a new excuse to deny my application despite a positive repayment history and all documents in place.
I’m fine with slightly higher interest rates but need to consolidate these app loans urgently.
What can I do next? Does anyone have connects in banks or NBFCs who can help? I’d really appreciate guidance or referrals to trusted contacts who might fast-track this.

• Team self-heal and damage reduction: Removed. • Cooldown: Reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds. • Duration: Increased from 3 seconds to 4 seconds. • Self-heal: Reduced from 100% to 30%. • New feature: Upon activation, Mauga gains 100 overhealth. • Damage reduction: Remains the same. Hey, I don't know if this is the proper place for this... but I recently purchased a slightly used Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra from some guy on Facebook Marketplace. I had StraightTalk as my carrier but it wasn't compatible with the S22 Ultra, so I switched to T-Mobile prepaid. Anyway. It's a fight to get it to connect to, and stay connected to, T-Mobile's mobile data network. I do a lot of streaming and cloud gaming, which I know is data usage intensive so i opted for the most expensive unlimited plan. I am aware of and understand carriers can/will sometimes throttle your data speeds after a certain threshold of usage. This isn't that. I constantly have to restart my phone, or turn airplane mode on and off, just to get it to connect to the data network, and then getting it to stay connected is a whole other thing. Just to get this posted is proving to be a battle. Even though the phone displays almost full bars and "5G UC" next to the service bars. The phone carrier was previously xfinity mobile. But I have verified with them that the device IS unlocked for use with other carriers. Can someone help me please? It's very effing frustrating.

Even with the windows fully shut fungus gnats and other flying bugs are finding a way into my bedroom. I haven’t been able to sleep in my room for 3+ weeks. I’ve alerted the landlord and they are brushing me off and not addressing the issue…
The windows in the building are old and dry rotted and I think they are getting into my room through the cracks of the frame? Also, outside my window is about 2-3 inches of sitting water and a pile of dirt the landlords won’t clean up. They even had an exterminator spray something around my window but that did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. The gnats are immortal at this point.
I really don’t know what to do anymore about this. I spent all my money on movers and other deposit costs and I feel screwed over. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this fixed or how to break the lease and get my deposit back?

This is just me being poor or is this crazy expensive? I expected pit tickets to be around 200 USD or something. For context in similar venues in jakarta, maroon 5 pit tickets are 173$ and CAS pit was 104$ I mean I get LP is big but man I'm so disappointed how the pit tickets cost the same as a round trip from India to Jakarta. Man. So sad.
