Key Responsibilities: - Determine manpower requirements and appropriately staff shifts. - Schedule departure times to ensure timely preparation of loads for shipping. - Collaborate with teams to manage operating and capital budgets. - Monitor and report on daily and periodic KPIs, adjusting processes based on data analysis. - Oversee third-party carrier performance. - Manage period-end financial responsibilities, including processing accruals. - Address customer issues and discrepancies related to deliveries professionally and promptly. - Schedule equipment maintenance in compliance with provincial regulations. - Manage cross-dock operations and final mile transport. - Drive innovation and change management focused on cost control and safety. - Recruit, train, develop, and motivate truck drivers, providing regular feedback. - Communicate relevant information to employees and ensure adherence to health and safety rules. - Maintain compliance with food safety standards and a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication skills (oral and written). - Results-oriented leadership with sound judgment and decision-making abilities. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Financial acumen and planning/organizing skills. - Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of the National Safety Code. - Minimum of a High School diploma and 2 years of experience in a warehouse or transportation company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Working knowledge of TMS, JDA, EXE, SAP, and Samsara. - Demonstrated successful experience leading warehouse or transportation employees.

Tengo 24 años, tengo una pareja tóxica, tengo madre y padre ambos muy mayores 74 y 57 ellos están en Venezuela sin trabajo y en la mayoría de los casos dependen de mí, tengo una hermana con 3 hijos y su esposo que esperan muchas cosas de mí y que los ayude a salir de un país tercer mundista ( no es Venezuela) tenía una hermana que falleció y tuvo un hijo que antes de morir me pidió que nunca lo dejara solo, el tiene a su padre pero no es el mejor de todos, (aunque lo intenta y realmente a mejorado). Recién llego a un país primer mundista lleno de posibilidades pero aún no he podido hacer nada porque no tengo los papeles aún ( están en proceso). Soy el menor de todos, lleve una etapa final de mi adolescencia y los últimos años de adultez con solo trabajo y sin escape ni diversión. Estoy sufriendo de estrés, se me cae el cabello, me salió algo raro en un testículo, tengo siempre dolor de cabeza y falta de sueño... al no poder responder de la mejor manera a las personas que esperan mucho de mí, quiero cumplir con todos pero es muy difícil, yo también quiero hacer cosas, tengo sueños y metas que claramente todos ellos forman parte.
Digo todo esto para buscar una manera de sobrellevar las cosas de una mejor manera... Un saludo y abrazo a todos solo quiero desahogarme, no hablo esto con nadie, por este tipo de vida que vengo llevando de los últimos 6 años perdí a mis amigos.

2024.11.29 05:30 GrimWolf-6300 A couple questions about custom Minecraft mob models.
I’m new so if I don’t know what I’m talking about that’s why. I’m making a custom Ender Dragon model and I’m trying to make it compatible with the vanilla animations. Naturally I assumed that would mean I’d need the same number of cubes and the same grouping as the vanilla model. Since it’s a custom model, it has more cubes overall for more detail. My concern is that it won’t really be compatible with the vanilla animations. Is there a way to solve this? Can I like fuse cubes together or make a shape with more than 6 faces? Or does grouping work and if so how specifically? Sorry for all the questions, I thought I should just go ahead and put it all in one post.
This is for Java edition btw

According to my theory, if a song exists in 2 or more languages, a person will prefelike the version that he listens to first more. Irrespective of which version is objectively better and irrespective of the person’s mother tongue. I’ve felt this way for almost all the songs that I’ve listened to in 2 or more languages. I tested this theory with my friends too, and it has worked so far. Usually only by a slight amount, but yeah.
What do you guys think?

I am building a pc with this combo, but I am not sure which wattage I should go with, I was thinking about 850w but wasn't sure if that'll be good enough. I did make a list on pcpartpicker, and I heard to use a 1.5x multiplier on the estimated wattage, which in this case was 542w, to get a suitable psu.
