- I wonder how calories are used in recovery. Does the body turn them into fat and then overtime rebuilds itself from it or it goes both into rebuilding and fat tissue. Will it matter if i eat less, more frequently (both in the scale of a day as well as weeks) and if extreme hunger feasts tend to be "less beneficial" (I know I have permission to eat anything at any time)
- Will I stop craving "junk" Foods if I eat enough of "normal" Food during the day
- How would you describe satisfaction, and when to stop eating (I always had a room for dessert but now I can eat sweets till they don't taste sweet and still "not filling that")
- Pre ED (child to 16) I was thinking "do I want that cookie? Yeah it would be nice, but I think it will bring me more joy later and it won't change anything now" And I have the same thoughts now. Is it mental hunger or I just think about food because I'm more into it than others my whole life (I love to bake and watch food related kontent since childhood)
- How to get rid of automatic kcal counting in your head? Everyday I have a triggering thaught that tells me my old kcal limit and it's very irritating and causes stress
- I dont know if I'm mentally hungry or just miss the taste of the old stuff. Will it go away?
