My dog can be aggressive towards most people and some dogs. He’s a sweet heart with my wife and I, but towards other people he’s very untrusting and aggressive. He’s usually good with dogs but recently has gotten into fights with a dog that he’s known for a long time. They would be totally fine and then out of nowhere my dog would go after the other. If I had to guess the reason for the aggression it would be resource guarding, but not totally sure.
Any advice or tips to help correct this? Any good dog trainers that specialize in aggression and socialization?

Hi, this is more of a me looking for outside opinions. I’m not sure how this whole Reddit thing works so I’m trying to get as much insight as I can.
My boyfriend (21M) and I (20F) have been dating for about a year.
Last week I had a pretty bad break down to the point where I wanted to cut my hair off because I didn’t think I could take care of it and I struggled to shower. I felt truly worthless in that moment and said something that wasn’t true and that I regret now. He asked me why I think he does all he can to support me, and I foolishly said that he did it out of “pity”. It wasn’t entirely how I felt but I’m bad with words when I’m that emotional and that was the only word that came to mind in that moment. He was visibly hurt and he went to sit in his car for a while to cry. When he came back in he asked me to leave and I went back to my dorm. I felt bad immediately knowing that I couldn’t properly convey my feelings appropriately to the point where I hurt him.
The next day we both decided to talk about what happened. He expressed that in that moment he felt that all his efforts during our relationship had gone to waste and meant nothing to me. I’m not saying this to excuse my poor word choice but I explained to him how it was not about his intentions or efforts at all and more so about my insecurities and how I felt as if I didn’t deserve love and care. We both understood each other and we came up with a compromise, where I would actively work on my self esteem and try to work on using better words, especially during emotional conversations.
But, during our chat he had confessed that he thought of cheating on me. In his last class he spoke with a friend that helped convince him to actually speak to me. To clear up any speculations she is no more than a friend to him. From the conversations I’ve had with her I don’t think she sees him as a love interest.
At first it didn’t really make me upset. I figured hurt people hurt people and it was just a thought, and it doesn’t mean he did anything…right? While he hadn’t fully cheated on me, I think that he actively took steps to do so.
His reasoning for thinking about cheating was because he assumed the relationship was over and he wanted to “drown his sorrow in whatever he felt was necessary.” We hadn’t discussed breaking up at all, in fact we didn’t even talk during the day so I’m not sure why he thought that.
After he told me about his thoughts about cheating he told me that he had tried to flirt with the same girl who gave him advice. He told me that “he knew it wouldn’t go anywhere because she’s just a friend.” While I still don’t think that she would engage with that behavior, I told him that situations can change and there might have been a possibility that it went further. So he couldn’t be 100% certain when he initially did it.
The second thing that concerned me was that during his last class he was working on an art project involving a character who has a pretty large chest and he had trouble drawing it.
Instead of looking up a reference online or anywhere else he decided that he would use the same friend’s chest as a reference. From what I was told she was ok with it as she made a joke about it, but I don’t know her humor well enough to assume she’d do something like that.
His reasoning for this one was that he “didn’t want to seem like a pervert for having boobs on his iPad” and “didn’t want to have to explain why he had a picture of boobs pulled up”. He’s pursuing an art degree, in an art building, full of art students who also use online references that may involve boobs so it’s not like it’s an uncommon thing. Not to mention he could literally just say it’s being used as a reference, so theres nothing to really explain? It’s weird that he thinks that looking at the chest of the person who is sitting next to him, is less perverted than using a reference specifically made for artists…but I digress.
After that I tried let it go for a few days, hoping that I just needed time to ease my worries but it made things worse. The longer I tried to push it out of my mind the sadder I became so I decided to ask him on why this was initial reaction.
He kept saying that he only considered it because he believed the relationship was over, but I rebutted that it was weird to think that when we hadn’t spoken about it at all. He also tried to tell me that there are different definitions of cheating and that’s not what he meant but he couldn’t find the word for it. There is no world where there is another meaning of ‘cheating’ within this context.
I talked with his roommate (which is a good friend of mine who wouldn’t hesitate to tell me if I was wrong) to get his thoughts on it, to see if I was really overthinking. He raised a really good point that there is never really a good reason for being unfaithful to your partner, and if you’re considering it you should just break up to save everyone the trouble of dealing with it.
I’m not as upset that he had thought in the first place, but rather the way he keeps trying to justify why cheating on me was the first way he thought to drown his sorrows. Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t think that should even be an option, especially if you claim to love someone.
We’re on a break from school so we’re not near each other and I haven’t spoken to him at all for a few days now. I’m not sure if I’m overthinking or if it’s reasonable to not want to speak to him, at least until we’re back on campus. Any opinions and advice would be much appreciated, as I’m not sure what my next move should be.

I'm just starting Week 6 of my first Operator block alongside Muay Thai and love TB so far.
But I'm curious why I can't just do the "peaking" technique from the Mass book and use those numbers for the next block — since the last week is all 1-2 reps anyway.
Would there really be any significant difference between that and a dedicated 1RM test day?
For context, I am planning to switch from Operator to Fighter, and back squats to front squats, for the next block.

I’ve been prescribed 2mg abilify to help with my autism irritability and meltdowns. This would be alongside Adderall 15mg XR for my ADHD. (I love my Adderall, it has made such a difference not just with my executive functioning but also my anxiety and OCD-ish traits). My prescriber is an experienced psychiatric NP and I trust her a ton. But she said I could take the 2mg abilify “as needed” to take the edge off on difficult days. I can’t find any info about this elsewhere, so I wanted to see if anyone has ever used it this way? Especially for AuDHD symptoms.
I don’t have the irritability and emotional turmoil every day, it’s mostly a few times per month at most, but it has been on the slight increase lately due to holiday demands.
