How soon is too soon to meet up with an online friend? I don't want to come off as creepy or overbearing. We are both the same age and live in the same area, but I don't want to seem too keen and make her uncomfortable or feel pressured. We've been talking for a few days (we started talking with the intention of making friends in the same area, which is why I'm asking). I'm just lonely and want to get the difficult stage over with so we can hang out like normal people, but idk what the regular protocol is for stuff like this

I just need some sympathy. 😅
I have been on ozempic 2mg for years. It works well with minimal side effects for me. Well, I moved states (US) recently and my prescriptions went predictably screwy for a bit (it can never just be easy, right?) and I ended up missing a few weeks and then getting it filled for the wrong dosage, 1mg. I've been there before and what's worked is doing 1mg week one, 2mg week two, and 1mg week three to finish off the pen, then back to 2mg as usual after that. Hasn't been a problem and the stagger-climb seems to avoid the worst. Well. Wednesday was my first dose back on the usual 2mg pen, and then I immediately left with my family on a 3-hour drive to a resort where we were staying until Friday. By the time we got there I was feeling seriously crappy and immediately chucked up my car snacks. I thought (hoped) it was just from the drive, but no. I couldn't keep anything down for more than a few hours for the next two days. Including the delicious Thanksgiving buffet we had booked. I couldn't figure out how much to bolus at any point, because I didn't know how much food would actually stay in my system, so I was yo-yoing the whole time. Hungry, sick, high, low. Ugh. My only gripe with this medicine is it is basically unpredictable when or if I'm going to have a bad day (or three, in this case - I'm still not all the way clear). For a long time, I would get just kind of yucky feeling on about day 5 after injection, and I still have to watch how much I eat of certain foods, because if anything hangs out in my stomach for too long it's like it gives up and sends it back. 😄 But then once in awhile I'll get super sick immediately after dosing with no warning. Just really bad timing for it to be this week.

I have had mixed type IBS (probably closer to IBS-C) from the ripe old age of 9. Since then, I haven’t been able to eat anything without bloating to the point of looking six months pregnant. It used to be sufficient to cut out dairy to mitigate the bloating, but now it feels like even that isn’t enough. It’s ruining my body image and I also just feel terrible and puffy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

2: I am not bashing anybody specifically in this.
Now lets get into what I actually want to talk about. I have seen too many people who have said, oh Bama isnt a playoff team because we lost to Vandy or Oklahoma, that team would be mid 20s at best.
or when asked if we are making the playoffs, just say oh we lost to Vandy and Oklahoma so nah.
Like wtf? I get that we are lucky that the committee decided to only drop us six spots, but the fact that the SOLE (as in only )reasoning as to why we shouldnt get in, in the minds of most people is that we lost to Vanderbilt and Oklahoma? Like I get it. It's embarrassing for a team like Alabama to lose to the basement dwellers and that its beneath them (no matter how fucking stupid i think that line of reasoning is) but the fact that people (not just on here but in general) are using this as, in most cases their ONLY line of reasoning is fucking perplexing. Especially that joke Paul Finebaum. I get that in the mind of the media, the Saban days spoiled everybody and made them expect more. ESPECIALLY the media. But those two loses shouldnt be your ONLY line of reasoning. We're ranked 13th we just need to beat the cats tomorrow and hope the committee is merciful and lets us in. I apologize in advance to the mod team if i broke any rules, ive just had this stewing in my head, but was afraid to say anything because i didn't want to trigger any of yall by being foolishly optimistic. cya tomorrow RTR🐘🐘

Because another problem is everyone taking our one touhlch totes to use for bullshit so we now have barely enough just to start sorting breakpacks.
It's my day off and I came in with the agreement I can come and go wherever I want.
Because this bullshit I've complained about before and my tl has sent emails about it every time...I'm really tempted to finish sorting into piles on the floor and just leave.
They've never left us zero breakpacks before. This time they literally left zero breakpacks and the trailers we're unloading...one of em has holes in the roof and it snowed yesterday and it's warmer today.
So half of the breakpacks coming out are wet and compromised. How exactly did walmart become the king of retail?

So I feel a little weird posting this but: Aita for feeling resentful to a sibling who loves to host holiday and other family gatherings but then strictly monitors the amount and or type of food or drink consumed by guests (specifically me and/or my wife and daughter) and will make covertly or overtly passive aggressive comments toward us about consuming too much? We don’t overeat and are fairly considerate in our consumption, the three of us talk about this amongst us before we attend my signing and her family’s event and game plan this in order to avoid these comments. Additionally we always contribute some food or beverage to the gathering-usually without any expression of thanks on their part. Our family earns considerably more financially and so with directly addressing this have offered to host more often. Even with these things in place the uncomfortable issues persist. What can/should I do? I like having the connection but the situation is getting a little old.
