My mom doesn't always have it the easiest, she's always made to do stuff at work she doesn't want to/doesn't think is right, she has two jobs, and works seven days a week.
Recently, since I've started getting older (I'm 13 now), she's starting actively showing how she feels around the house, either by most days being in a bad mood or she'll complain to me about what's going on.
I don't really mind it that much, but recently it's been getting a bit out of hand. Half the time she's screaming because she's so mad. She's been having me give her massages for I don't know how long but recently she asked for one and I had been sick for like the past week so I say, "meh". She doesn't say anything for like 20 minutes and then all of a sudden gets up, pushes everything in front of me on the couch out of the way, and just kinda sets up shop right in front me, and has me give her a massage. So I do, and then, this is probably kinda rude to say, but she wouldn't shut up about how I wasn't doing it right and how exactly she wants it.
So, I let out a little sigh, nothing big, but just kind of like slightly annoyed, and then she gets up, storms off, and tells me to forget about it. She storms off to her room, and hasn't been out since. Actually as I was typing this I could hear her leave her room to go the bathroom, and she was stomping around and slamming on every door or toilet seat.
I know she's been having a hard time, but recently it's been too much, I can't even disagree with her on any kind of topic, even if it's casual, like a slightly different opinion or she says something factually wrong and I just kinda chime in, without her storming off saying I'm always challenging her and why can't I be better to her. I was also helping her with yardwork the other day and I did everything she told me to, then went in for a second to go the bathroom, as I'm in there I here the door slam open and she starts yelling at me saying how I left her, so I go outside and tell her I was just going to the bathroom, and she's THROWING all the tools into the garage telling me to forget it. And the worst part is, when she gets mad at me like that, she doesn't talk to me or anything until I start feeling bad for her, and it feels like she's doing that on purpose just to make me pity her
I feel like an asshole about feeling annoyed that this is happening, because I feel like I should be pitying her, but it's just getting annoying now, like, I deal with shit too, i dont have any friends, everyone makes fun of me, but you dont see me crying about it every waking hour of the day, because whats that gonna do? Its only gonna make things worse, and clearly it has.
I don't want her to feel sad, but I just can't keep (supporting?) this.

I have an old OnePlus 6T that I want to bring back to life so I can give it to a relative to use. Ever since the final official update many years ago, the performance has significantly downgraded and for some reason wifi is really slow too, when it's fine on every other device.
LineageOS (on paper at least) seems to be the best option. But curious to hear from the sub if they also recommend it? Is there any reason NOT to use it?

People in the Naruto fandom jerk Itachi a lot and for good reason he's one of the coolest characters in the series but let's be honest about the scenario they escaped from
Itachi used Tsukyomi once, and had to use Amaterasu to escape the frog stomach
We see after that his sharingan turns off and he tells Kisame he needs rest
If they tried to fight there Itachi is very limited and can't use his MS to help Kisame
They could pull off the win maybe but that situation they are clear underdogs
It's not just about Itachi being a secret ally, it's also the scenario of the battle
His illness mixed with not having EMS was a huge handicap. So while yes a healthy Itachi who can spam his MS abilities at will would win but that version of Itachi is SSS tier
Also before anyone responds with how much he used his abilities against Sasuke, he was always planning to die there, pushing past his bodys limits to give Sasuke the fight he deserved and lure out Orochimaru is not the same situation, he can't do that every fight that was suicide for him he literally died from the exhaustion

2024.11.30 00:40 OldWolf2 How to march alone against a protected left
This actually happened to me a few weeks ago and had to grudgingly admire the play.
I was third seat with the protected left and some good side cards.
Now, S2 went alone and won the first trick in offsuit, then led the Ace of trumps. So I figured that meant they didn't have the Right (who would lead the ace alone when they have the right??).
So in order to go for the euchre, I played my low card; imagining that S1 (partner) wins the trick with the Right and this might lead to a euchre since I still have the boss trump.
Unfortunately, S1 didn't have the Right, and the next trick the Right was led by S2 and marched.
On review, I can't actually come up with a viable scenario where we get the euchre even if partner did have the Right (a player surely wouldn't go alone with A-x-x unless they had 2 offsuit winners), so it was a bonehead play of me to not play the Left. Fooled me once -- hopefully not twice !

I think someone posted earlier about Maddie giving birth and the three wives just jumping on Meri for not being there. More so Christine. I just rewatched the episodes and my goodness the way they attacked this woman. Meri didn’t deserve it. It was awful how all three (Robyn, Christine, Janelle) they all attacked her at the therapy session. The entire season (12) was also a weird one with Christine. It seemed as though Christine was so close with Kody. He spent a lot of time filming with Christine and Ysabel with regard to her scoliosis. I hate to say this but Christine was milking it. She enjoyed the attention. The lunch after the therapy session was such a slap in the face to Meri. Christine sat there across from Meri and told Robyn that she was sorry that she didn’t see the vision of My Sister Wives Closet and even asked her if she needed help. The amount of ass kissing Christine was doing to Robyn was annoying. All so she could get in good graces with Kody. In fact in one of the episodes she says that Robyn is the reason her and Kody’s marriage was saved. Just the amount of bullshit that came out of Christine’s mouth that whole season is crazy.

2024.11.30 00:40 i_like_trench Hitscan is back ALTHOUGH it doesn't look like it... Here's why:
 | Hitscan is back even tho visually it doesn't seem that way. I have an example as proof from the newest gameplay trailer to prove that it's back. I went frame by frame from the gameplay trailer to notice how the guns work and look. The first 3 images are 3 frames of a player firing a shotgun. Shotguns are hitscan in fortnite and always have been, even in chapter 5. You can see in the second frame (when the shot was fired) that the shot connected instantly with the target. However in the third frame you can see the bullets follow behind and are much more noticeable. These bullets are simply for visual purposes only. They give the illusion of bullet travel time just to make the guns look nicer when firing shots, when in reality the shots have already landed on the target, in the 2nd frame. Now onto the assault rifle. You can see I also went frame by frame and the same thing with the shotgun is happening here. The bullet is hitting the wall INSTANTLY when fired on the second frame and then you can see the visual bullets follow on frame 3. So in conclusion the guns are now hitscan but it only looks projectile based due to how fortnite makes the guns look visually when in reality the shots hit instantly. submitted by i_like_trench to FortNiteBR [link] [comments] |

Hello. Hoping I could post. I'm not sure if my cat (7 months old) is being...kind of "agressive"? Towards me and family. In her first months it was almost unbearable...she didn't let me sleep much, always biting me during the night and such and well...I'm thinking that the way I treated her (pushing her ex.) those times are the result of how she's behaving now. I'm trying to let her have more freedom, play with her, she has lots of toys, give her enough food, etc. I know every cat is different, and cats have different ways of expressing how they feel, or when they're stressed.
But...right now I'm thinking maybe I'm responsible of how she's behaving right now, or that sometimes she doesn't let me grab her and she meows and tries to get away (maybe she simply doesn't like the way I do it but it's not always)
I'm open to any criticism...but don't scold me pls 😔
