22f. History of HS, rosacea and migraine.
Currently taking minocycline 100mg 2x a day for the past 3 days. (I’ve been taking it 1x a day bc I forget) Also on ubrvely PRN for migraine.
These spots showed up overnight and I noticed in the mirror today. No pain or bleeding not rough. Very slightly raised. Not caused by any kind of trauma.
I don’t have any other spots like this on my body. I’ve had one skin check when I was 16-17 but that’s it.
Called to make an appointment but they’re closed.
Interested in hearing what yall think this is.

Good evening. Im currently building my first pc. I bought a prebuilt a few years ago and slowly changed some things/upgraded things like graphics card and Power supply and ram but I want to get into building and not doing prebuilts. Ive been browsing Pcpartpicker and was just wondering if these parts are good for current gaming, with games like stalker 2, silent hill 2 and just recent games that have been coming out. The Graphics card and power supply in my list are what i currently have in my pc and I was thinking of just swapping those into the new pc if I can and then later after the holidays upgrade those as well.
If there is anything else I need it will be much appreciated. I still have a lot to learn and so far I have been enjoying everything

2024.11.30 01:50 justa_guy000000 How do I gain motivation to work on D&D anymore
For context: All of yesterday I had spent 15 hours straight - including the session - to work on this dungeon for my players. I was really excited and had alot planned. I even spent a few hours painting for one of the scenes.
However, when it came to session time all my players did was cuck around with jokes OOC. That alone isnt bad, but since we are on discord the issue was them spamming soundboards and posting memes - clogging up the channel where we were rolling and I was posting screenshots for our VTT. Another issue is I have ADHD, so its already difficult for me to think about descriptions on the spot. I'm generally planned ahead but every time they did I had to rethink my descriptions constantly because I was getting overwhelmed, which slowed the game down horrendously. To make it worse the soundboards and memes also immediately broke any tension I ever managed to build by interrupting me - it also made everyone unable to focus on anything I was saying. In the end I had to cut my dungeon in half and they missed half the plot points they needed to progress
I'm slightly frustrated with my friends as I quite literally dedicated an entire day to this dungeon and I wanted to make sure everyone had fun. Usually they are mature but it got very bad this night.
So to my actual question: How do I find the motivation to bother putting effort in anymore? I mean like actually fully planning out so many details - whats the point if they are just going to make themselves forget half of it and give me a headache? A large part of the fun in DMing for me is the players discovering things on their own, which is hard when people are busy spamming sounds and disrupting others from focusing. The issue is also that I dont want to quit D&D as I have a few new players who are genuinely having fun, its just difficult for me to trust the party to respect anything I throw at them anymore, and I've lost motivation to work on my worldbuilding for it too.

Weet je waar ik mij de laatste tijd dood aan erger? Mensen en dan vooral bekende (rijkere) mensen die het oh zo druk hebben en dit moeten uiten. Jade Anna vind ik een perfect voorbeeld.
Meis.. als je zo moe bent en zulke lange dagen maakt, doe dan wat rustiger met alles wat je aanneemt en doet.. Dan verdien je wel wat minder, maar alsnog meeeeer dan genoeg om rond te komen. Ohnee dan word het laadje niet genoeg gevuld. Prima, maar hou op met zeiken en zeuren.
Geld niet alleen voor Jade, maar voor zoveel mensen. Je hebt mensen die 24/7 werken om van een scheintje rond te komen en mensen die 24/7 uur werken een kanon van bedragen binnen harken.. Heel leuk dat laatste... maar is het je teveel? Doe dan wat rustiger en neem genoegen met iets minder (samenwerkingen) en dus geld. Nee dat wil je niet? Niet gaan zeiken. Wat me ook stoort is dat deze types echt volledig het zicht op de realiteit kwijt zijn. Totaal niet kunnen relativeren en ook weinig gewend zijn.
Het betekend natuurlijk ook niet dat als je veel verdient je niet mag benoemen dat je het druk hebt, maar als je vanuit allerlei laadjes geld verdiend, dan kun je zelf kiezen hoe en wat je aanneemt. Zeggen dat je druk bent of haast klagen en oh zo oververmoeid doen.. daar zit een verschil in. En dingen uitbesteden betekend het geld delen. Je hebt meer tijd voor jezelf.. Ohnee dat is niet fijn, want minder geld. Prima, niet zeiken!
De oudere generatie die echt kei-keihard werkte en alsnog de dubbeltjes moesten omdraaien, die kunnen zichzelf wel uit ergenis voor hun kop slaan. Groot gelijk.
Nou ik ben reuze benieuwd of iemand mijn mening juist vind..

Hi. I have worked as an Executive Assistant in hedge funds and PE firms. I have 3 years working in the aforementioned.
I would like to get my CFP and I want to know what the best path is for self paced. I’ve done some research and people have recommended Dalton. I looked into them and noticed they have a scholarship. The $7K price tag is a lot considering my family is only on one income for the time being (I and a Stay At Home Mom).
Would you recommend Dalton? Do you think the July exam date is realistic? The next scholarship form opens in February for the July exam.
