So me and my boyfriend have been together for around half a year, the way we met was pretty rough. He saved me from a very shitty situation that I personally wasn't mentally ready to fight yet. This caused me to completely not take care of myself only until around two weeks ago. I wasn't showering or shaving at all or even really changing daily. Despite this he did so well at making me still feel attractive and stuff. I think maybe it got too difficult for him to see me like that? Or maybe it was a more personal manner and he didn't want to tell me to shower, but around a month ago I noticed he stopped touching me and asking me to touch him. Some background, im very physically affectionate but I also need to be completely in the loop of boundaries bc social cues are a little hard to read, and I also have severe abandonment and attachment issues that I try not to envolve him in. But once this month break happened, I started getting agitated and accusing him of cheating even... I got insecure. I wasn't happy with myself and now neither was my partner. I have a poor time at regulating my emotions, and he has a hard time understanding that. Recently I've been sort of silently just making it better by trying my absolute hardest to just look sexy for him, but he's still being weird. Maybe he is cheating? Today he tried to leave before I was ready to go to the store, we had plans to go together when both ready, and though he lmk he was leaving (he's been extra explainatory on what he's doing and why to help my overthinking) and I had a slight but quick negative reaction, I then tried to immediately remove myself from him and give us space to which he followed me into the next room and further "justified" and explained what he was going to go do and why.. I just felt so uncomfy at how wrong i came off.. so possessive. So I yelled "JUST FUCKING GO WITHOUT ME GOD" once we got downstairs into the car i mentioned how there was tension and i wanted the space to prevent this and he tells me how "well you need to stop screaming in the house (I did not scream. And he knows that exaggerating my anger throws me off) my family gave me a weird look about you" followed up by things like "don't you want my family to like you?" ... It got sort of toxic with yelling because I reacted to his poor word choice... But what do I do? Do I talk to his family and explain that I have intense emotions and that's all? How do I explain to anyone its not me being abusive and that I only react so intensely to something that hurts me first.

I beat Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart on the ps5 and have started the game in Challenge Mode as Renegade Agent. I am back at Corson V and Phantom Dash doesnā€™t work. Nothing happens when I press O.
I need to use it to enter Club Nefarious but I am kind of stuck now. I thought Iā€™d fly to another planet to try there but my ship is gone so idk what to do. I'm going to try and keep this short. I have been dating a man since August and all seemed like a fairytale in the beginning as it usually does with new relationships. I made it clear to him from the get go that I was probably moving back home by mid next year which is 14 hours away from where I live now. He told me that I never know what could happen because his remote job was based a hour from where I was moving. So I thought that was a hint towards he would be willing to move with/after me. So I got into the relationship with him.
Things were going great, he quickly introduced me to all his friends, his family even, and he seemed thrilled to have me at his side. He even mentioned marriage twice. This was within the first month or two. We said I love you by month one
So I am in my delulu land thinking everything's sweet. I think it was about month 2 or 3 I decided to just casually ask if he was moving with me just to make sure we were on the same page. He very bluntly says 'not a chance in hell.' I was caught off guard by the bluntness so much to a point my ears started ringing. I could tell he was trying to backpedal and give me his perspective but I couldnt hear him, we did have another sit down conversation though. His reasoning is because his MMA Gym is here and those are his people and he doesn't expect to find a good Gym and people all in one. He's still stuck in a lease and doesn't want to promise anything since it will be a 5 month gap between me moving and his lease coming up. He said that, he can't do long distance which I can't either unless he was committed to coming than I would have no issue. He said that he doesn't see the point in ending the relationship early because we still didn't know what was ahead of us. So, I just agreed because I was dealing with whiplash of emotions. Since then he has been kind of nonchalant/ rude when the question has been brought up by others if he's moving with me by being like probably not/definitely not.
I like our communication in person. but when he feels me pulling back he gets closer by showing up to my job unannounced and making extra plans around his schedule. Now he's talking about cutting down on his gaming so he can spend more time with me because I am picking up a second job to be able to afford to move. He doesn't like being around my friends and tends to seem to mope when I finally get him out with us. but wants me around his quite abit.
But now my friends are telling me that I deserve better and they don't have a good feeling about him and I kind of have a sinking feeling myself but I guess I just worry that I'm self sabotaging or letting other people sabotage my relationship. Opinions? Did I let myself get love bombed or something, I don't know

Thank you in advance to anyone with any advice or insight!
Just to set some context:
My fiancĆ© has a Sesame Seed allergy (Sesame Oil is usually okay as long as itā€™s not used excessively) but it is fairly severe and sheā€™s very sensitive to cross-contamination.
We regularly mention it when we go out to eat (although candidly not every single time which we probably should) and avoid anything with seeds, absolutely anything with tahini and try our best to think through anything that has a chance of cross-contamination (bread in an oven for an example).
Most of the time when she has been exposed, thankfully itā€™s been fairly mild where she eats anything that gives her that feeling, we leave as soon as possible, get a Benadryl or Zyrtec in her and sheā€™s usually fine (although of course feeling sick after until itā€™s out of her system).
But few months ago, she had her worst reaction ever by having unlabeled chocolate that turned out to have tahini (wonā€™t make that mistake again of eating anything unlabeled). And we ended up having to call the ambulance who gave her multiple shots of epinephrine and since then, we now do have a epi-pen that we have handy as much as possible.
That being said, both before and since this incident, weā€™ve noticed that a lot of restaurants weā€™ll tell the allergy to but then somehow it turns out that thereā€™s cross-contamination, something in the food that they didnā€™t think about, etc. which can get really frustrating. So I was really curious if anyone has a somewhat tried and true method of either how to tell a restaurant about the allergy or a list of foods that you wouldnā€™t expect to be problems but they can be. (Especially because it seems like she may be more sensitive now than she was prior).
We also avoid restaurants that we know is a type of cuisine thatā€™s heavy in sesame or tahini (Mediterranean, Israeli, etc) but we do enjoy sushi (and have honestly not had many problems - her reaction to tahini is much more severe than a rogue seed).
Weā€™re both aware that eating out less or being extremely cognizant of what we order is the no-brainer, but Iā€™d love any insight if anyone has around types of foods/restaurants/etc. they keep in mind by either having a sesame allergy themselves or with having a life with someone who does have one.

I will be staying one night in a hotel and have heard some stories about keeping your PC in the cold.
