Suspension of disbelief and all, but where does it come from? There hasn't been standing water or naturally growing plants on the surface of Terra for thousands of years. So how do they breathe? I've read about 80 books so far and none has really explained it. Also importing water from other planets seems dubious at best.

This is a longer one so this'll take a second
Eternalism proposes that every possible reality exists and is happening at the same time. The void is a nexus for this and is not subject to linear time.
The Drifter is our tenno that did not get saved from the zariman/ did not take the deal with wally and the operator is the one who took the deal. The drifter grows up in duviri and spends god knows how long there.
The drifter is able to receive help escaping duviri by using the Lotus' hand and receiving assistance from an operator that has already met the drifter and experienced the events of the new war. This paradoxical as the Operator is only able to help the drifter after the drifter helps them (but the drifter can't help the Operator without being helped by a post-war operator etc). Another part of the paradox is that teshin has been in duviri since before the portal that dropped the lotus' hand opened and has been trying to help the drifter for some time before the events of duviri paradox.
The Zariman currently existing in the origin system belongs to the drifter and because the Zariman is still partially inside the void (which is THE embodiment of eternalism where everything exists and happens at once), the two of them are able to communicate with each other inside the zariman. But in realspace, they have to decide which one of them can exist there at a given time.
What I'm having a little trouble understanding is the scene in the new war, where lotus shoots the drifter and they gain their void powers and another scene that shows multiple copies of the operator dying after shaking wally's hand (what was the exact meaning of that part?). Why did lotus shooting the drifter let them access void powers? Is it because of the void naturally being non-linear that the deal with wally also took place the same time this happened (another paradox) or is it because the Drifters zariman existing in the operators reality pretty much creates a connection to the other?
A cool detail I noticed in the new war, is that wally's hand during the handshake scene is the same as lotus' severed hand and the one the drifter wears. Maybe this is what connects them all together?

So with an impending opening, I just wanted to know: does anyone have a read or inside info on what exactly is happening here? The decor looks significantly upgraded. Much more in line with what I see at more traditional/chain Brazilian Steakhouses. Before it was a much more casual vibe.
I know that the Cafe next door bought out what used to be a sort of market space? Then after that I stopped seeing the head chef at all. Then came the shutdown.
I hope they use a lot of the same recipes and especially keep similar prices. Although it could add up, it really was some of the most affordable of its kind in the city, and the ONLY place I could sate my picanha craving without trimming and cooking it myself.
