Beginning of last month 4 year old got sick cough,fever,snotty nose and ear infection. Doctor recommended tubes for fluid in ears and having his adenoids taken out. We had that done about 3 weeks ago and now he is sick again cough (coughs up some color tinged mucous, snotty nose (thick and green/yellow,irritability.
Any recommendations on what I can do for relief for him ? Doctors just told me to watch it for 5 days.

so no i am not currently with a PA so i don’t know if this is appropriate for this sub and i hope you guys don’t mind me here i was with a PA when i was really young (and also um abused s3xually by another PA) and i feel like it messed me up i was in my early adolescence when i was and for some reason ever since even up until now as a grown adult the sight of OF models or porn in general makes me very angry. like it enrages me and ruins my day it’s so bad that i am avoidant of anime and regular TV shows because of it and i am really insecure in my current relationship to the point of feeling paranoid that he’s doing it behind my back even though he’s been nothing but patient with me but i feel like i am literally crazy because my blocklist online is FULL of OF models and nothing else and it’s always been that way i can’t continue living this way potentially damaging my relationships in the process I NEED to heal i can’t do this anymore i don’t want to be accepting of porn but i don’t want to be so triggered by it anymore i should probably see a therapist lmao

One of the reasons why I believe we did well post Covid was because we had Granit Xhaka and his leadership skills. I remember that game against Chelsea away in 2022, or that game against Liverpool at home..or that game against Tottenham Away, countless times were Granit was the main leader in the field. He was like the manager on the pitch.
We have Jorginho and he does well when he plays, he probably is the captain of the locker room as he’s way more experienced than odegaard. But I honestly believe we’re lacking some firepower pure Balkan rage that Xhaka brought to the club. If we bring in someone similar to him. We’ll definitely charge up the batteries.

 | I have a 12 yr old (aprox.) minpin. He has a history if seizures and started having a bladder issue a year or so ago. Both are near non-existent with his medication (proin and zonisamide). A few months ago he hurt his foot, which progressed to waking up almost howling in the middle of the night. I took him in and they said that it was his arthritis that may have been agitated by the injury. They started him on Librela (about 4 months ago) and the difference was night and day. Hes running and playing and wanting to go up and down stairs so fast its crazy. I also notice when it starts wearing off he gets that shaky leg again. But, a few days ago he got sick out of the blue. Vomit, diarrhea (which is very unusual for him to have at the same time, his stomach is super resilient) so we take him in and they find pancreas inflammation and slightly elevated liver enzymes. After starting some medication hes almost back to normal and on a stricter diet. But, I had read that pancreatitis can be an adverse reaction to librela that i wasn’t aware of? (I was told about urinary issues mainly) In other senior dog parents opinions, with how much the librela has helped him i fear taking him off would cause intense pain. But, leaving him on I risk that his pancreas inflammation WAS caused by it and not eating something bad off the floor. Im just stuck and nobody i know is really understanding the issue. Disclaimer: it is a trick - it may not work - but no harm trying since we are at the end of the album season. It could just be psychological - but it has worked for me.
Background : we know how Scopely always seems to give us a dupe after we have just scored a difficult sticker - e.g. we get that dupe gold immediately after the blitz for that gold is over? So, my theory is this is because of all the pre-programmed algorithm that Scopely has - giving us dupes in the same sets that we already has.
Trick : So, if you are missing one last sticker - say Vibranium Style - a 4* gold and has been desperately waiting for weeks to get this. Do this : Vibranium Style is in in Set 16 - do create some activity in this set - transfedonate/trade - whatever - just move stickers in and out of this set - and perhaps, the next sticker pack you open will have Vibranium Style.
It could just be hocus pocus - but try it: and let me know if it works.

 | Qtr pictured, one chonker. Initially I thought it was on the dry side and not much smell. But once a bud was snapped, it's cure was good and it came out. Smell was a mix of sweeter gas and touch of musk. Smooth on the smoke. Effects so far have me on the chill side and seems to have legs. I should have no problems smoking this one up. Got some sour pez too but haven't checked it out yet. *got a mug upon delivery. Usually free stuff is pretty useless from most places. Hi,
I have been in a few good long term relationships. I’ve brought up marriage and having kids and we have those talks and there are timelines given. And then those timelines pass. My last two partners have banked embryos with me, but never talked beyond the procedures about moving forward. I confront them, some time passes, I wait for conversations to happen - it can be awkward. My last two boyfriends - I broke up with them, and in a last ditch effort to keep me, they both said the same shit. “oh I wanted to get married” or “I was going to propose” and I always call bullshit. I am a fair and kind person. I meet nice guys and the relationships are good. But they burn out because no one except me attempts to push it further. Is there something wrong with me? Do other people deal with this?
What am I doing wrong. I’m dating someone now and I gave him a timeline to propose of one year and that passed, we had a talk, another year has passed, and I am starting to feel really bad about myself and the choices I’m making. I am so upfront with my communication I just feel crazy.
