It’s almost exactly the same as my last monitor, except it’s 32” instead of 27” (my last monitor broke, I did not “upgrade”)
Because of the holidays, I only started to really use it for the last two days or so. Ever since the moment I started using it, I had this bad headache. I started sleeping way too long at night, I’ve had a hazy head all day, and my eyes have been getting bloodshot (not pink eye, they come and go). Overall, achy, and not good. The only thing I can think of is my new monitor, which ultimately is just slightly bigger than what is comfortable with my screen distance, but I was getting something that’s 4K and would make use the extra screen space for work. Also I couldn’t tell the difference between 4K and non-4K on my last, smaller monitor.
Is this monitor making me sick through straining my eyes, or is it a coincidence? I do not want to spend multiple weeks testing different screen usages because if my monitor is somehow bad, then I want it to still be within the return window. However, I really hope not because Black Friday deals won’t be happening at that time.

hello, im trying to rig a raster arm, the arms are mesh warped and binded by points to the bones, the bones are then grouped as a vitruvian system and switch all right but the images corresponding to the bones don't. i cant find sources on this for raster images any ideas on what i'm missing?
