tws: average thoughts of a traumatized person, thoughts of OD and sui, mention of parental abuse, nothing too explicit or detailed or long though
inb4 info; i am yet undiagnosed, i'm in between therapists and psychiatrists because they keep dropping me for various reasons or i drop them because they ghost me a lot and ofc that they ruining my schedule freaks me out horribly, i went in thinking i had potential autism, my boyfriend is diagnosed with adhd and thinks i may have it (i have an appointment for an adhd test alr) one therapist said i probably have ocd and derived me to a psychologist that does psychodiagnostic therapy but she's awful unprofessional and only ever tells me to "just chill and relax" so i feel very stuck, my psychiatrist said i have "rituals and routines" which i thought i didnt have and was the reason why i would reassure myself i didnt have ocd, this was before i even actually considered ocd or had the other therapist tell me that, and my psychiatrist did not mention ocd but she's the type to not mention outright diagnoses to not freak me out etc
i am scared of the possibility of having ocd because it seems scary, but at the same time i dont care about the answer, i just want an answer and a treatment my psychiatrist is in holidays until january, im on zoloft 50mgs and it worked WONDERS for a month and then i feel exactly back to stage 0 im freaking out, i have less explosive meltdowns but still constant anxiety and obssession
i have arranged an appt with a derived psych to see if i should up my meds but its not till dec 10
i have arranged a new therapist on wednesday
i cry everyday and freak out all day
anyways, i have several problems ofc but im thinking my main stop in becoming better and happier is perfectionism. my mother was very judgemental and abusive and saw all my efforts as "my responsibility" and "the minimum i should do" so at some age i became a slacker and shut down my brain with drugs and alcohol and didnt shower much or study or anything (i was very studious as a kid) and since then i dont know how to come back, i dont live with her anymore. i dont actively slack on purpose, im just stuck in this mode, because i know that whatever i do i will fail and it will never be enough, for her, for myself, for the world, to get better, nothing ever works, nothing ever works, thats all i can think and sometimes i dont even "think" things, its not rational, im just paralized. i dont go out, i dont do art, i dont excercise, i dont love fully, i dont smile deeply, i dont process anything completely, my brain has chosen against myself to both be completely dissociated from existence and also extremely anxious and aware ALL the time, it is physically and mentally exhausting. i dont go out to shop, and everyone says "why? how can u make things better? is it agraphobia, do u fear the outside?" and i dont even know, i dont have a why, i just dont. my brain doesnt. i dont control my brain. i need help, advice. and probably my meds upped or changed or another meds (im not on benzos because when it wears off i become even more anxious+i know the exact deathly dosage for most of them so i dont want those things in my home) im ruining my relationship because of this and if i dont get it fixed he will be exhausted and have to break up with me for his mental health, ill go back to be homeless miserable lonely and in danger like my whole life... idk, any advice that isnt just "omg just chill accept yourself its okay to fail!!" like i know its okay to fail??? its not me its MY BRAIN????????? I DONT CHOOSE TO BE LIKE THIS??? anyways haha hi, thanks for the space

Potty (re)training while on a wheelchair. Our dog suddenly lost the mobility of his hind legs two weeks ago. No herniation shown in MRI nor Xrays. Referred to oncologist (we'll see him next week).
We've been having a bit of a hard time to get him to pee and poop. Prior to paraplegia he could pee and 2 to 3 times per day (basically on every walk).
Do you perhaps have any suggestions besides patience?

There is no link or option to view original listing which ended about 2 weeks ago, eBay is deluded in thinking I meant to look at current listing and not looking at the original listing to check to compare with the item I got to be sure I didn't miss something.
I am not looking for new ones but if eBay won't let me look at the original listing, I'd have no way of knowing if I am missing a part that should have been included. How can I force eBay to stop shoveling new stuff and let me look at the original, completed listing? Or do I open a return and let the seller complain?

2024.11.30 02:40 LojaRich Is there any way to save Sampler default settings?

When you drag an audio clip into the playlist it opens in Sampler but there's no way to set any default settings. Some projects, I drag in multiple audio clips and spend the first 10 minutes of a session just going through all the settings in Sampler to put the settings that I use, it's driving me crazy. People keep saying to 'save channel state' but that's not answering the question. Even if you were to load a new instance of Sampler with that channel state from the Browser (I rarely ever use the Browser and sometimes forget it's even there because it's not convenient to my workflow) it would not apply those settings to the audio clip that's already on the timeline. This is so frustrating.

hello all, did a quick search and didn’t see anyone else with this issue. On a recent drive on some winding roads noticed some water dripping out of the passenger side tweeter speaker.
I did some research and only found leaks due to failed seals behind the door into the footwell, consider how high up this is on the pillar I’m wondering if it’s a windshield sealing issue.
Currently traveling and don’t have a lot of time to look into it until I get home in a few days but I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and how it was dealt with.
