2024.11.30 03:37 Moggadee ACL gone forever, what next?
I tore my ACL a few years ago, had a successful repair, then got a plateau fracture this year which destroyed it again, leaving too much damage and hardware for a second try.
So no ACL for me and the knee feels quite wobbly and unstable. Anyone have a brace recommendation for serious support? What else can I do to be more comfortable and reduce risk?
I can walk on the flat but if there's stairs or a slope or anything unexpected I'm in trouble, so I use a forearm crutch outdoors. I don't need to play football, but it's hard feeling like a little walk or bike ride in my friendly neighborhood is now scary and dangerous.

I can feel the cecum (beginning of colon right next to the appendix) in pain. Could be because of my period but last time I felt this was when the worst flare of my life was starting up because it was inflamed. I’m worried this means RINVOQ isn’t working anymore. I’m gonna contact my doctor on Monday about this and also ask to check for appendicitis. I doubt it is though.

Hello,
Today while i was out my cats lightly scratched and knocked over (about a half foot drop) my MSI M321URX oled monitor and now when i try to turn it on, the power light turns on for about 1 second before turning off. I have tried restarting pc, different HDMI and power cables, i tried following the MSI guide to trouble shoot but i’m not having any luck. Does anyone know anything about how i could fix it or what the issue could be?
