Nate got himself killed. From the moment Nate found out what Michael does, he started trying to play badass number 2. Telling the father whose daughter ran away that he and Michael would find his daughter. Telling his friend that he would talk to Israeli arms dealers and get them off his back. Telling the brothers he would find their stolen cars before the drug dealers killed them.
And Michael would always have to clean up his mess and do the job for him. And he had the nerve to want half of the money. "I need my half"...when he did nothing.
And trying to play badass number 2 is what got him killed. Not Michael. Michael specifically told him NOT to approach Anson and what does he do? Runs up to him, punches him, and holds him at gunpoint.
SN: Madeline always holding Michael accountable for Nate, a grown man, was always annoying but her blaming Michael for his death was just...ugh.

2024.11.30 03:50 Mikeferro Robinhood closing my account over a mix-up: anyway to appeal or ACATS to another Brokerage?
 | This Monday (11/25), I received an unsettling email from Robinhood stating that they have made a decision to close my account due to suspicious activity. Prior to the email, the suspicious activity they mention is really an honest mix-up where my spouse tried to link one of our joint bank accounts to Robinhood to transfer additional funds in last week, but accidentally did this on my Robinhood account instead (due to the "keep me logged in" setting on our family computer). I've explained all of this to customer service, at which point they assured me this can be cleared up and the restriction removed once I submit my verification documents like drivers license, photos, etc. which I promptly did over the app. One day after that, I received the email informing me about the decision to close my account. After that point, I have been unable to contact Customer Service at all. They've taken chat and phone capabilities away and I only get a message to email them. I've sent them many emails asking for options regarding: 1) Appealing the decision - as I believe this was a dumb mixup and doesn't warrant closing my account and was assured by customer service this can be cleared up 2) if the decision is final, at least lift the restriction so I can ACATS my account to another brokerage - I've tried transferring my account out which resulted in a failure due to restriction. I would really like to keep the stocks and cryptos I've invested in over the years, and truly like to retain their positions. Is there anything that can be done to appeal or get Robinhood to lift the restriction temporarily? For those that have gone through this, do they send that initial email indicating the decision to close, and send a second email giving me the opportunity to ACATS my account to another brokerage? The reason I ask is I've seen email screenshots on here where Robinhood does tell the user they can transfer their account to another brokerage as an option. This has been an extremely frustrating week and really put a damper on our Thanksgiving. Last week, I started the hard PMO challenge with a goal to stay away for atleast 1 week. I must say I never felt so different as I have in the last week.The whole week was a roller coaster ride of emotions and self discovery.
Background: I, 27(M) had been constantly abusing myself both physically (not extrusively or extensively, but in an unhealthy way) and mentally with regular porn and god knows whatnots for 10+years. Initially, I thought that it was normal and important for self exploration. Recently, it had become a coping mechanism and a dopamine boost for instant gratification.
Update: Yesterday, after the initial goal was accomplished I was having a difficult time deciding to "reward" myself or not. I have come to understand the negatives of porn through this sub and other places. So that was out of the way. However, I kept the counter running by abstinence and now have moved forward.
